Flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture on their website. Tulips delivered almost dead. Value received fir momy spent I would rate a 2 out of ten.

I was the "recipient" of flowers, so this review is only to the delivery, which 1800Flowers entrusted to FedEx in this case. The only reason there is a 1-star rating (rather than zero) is that the flowers actually survived being dumped in the street near my driveway. I picked up a package that I watched a FedEx truck drop in the street between my driveway and my neighbor's driveway- I assumed it was for my neighbor as it was closer to their driveway, but found that it was addressed to me. Had I not seen the "delivery" I probably would have missed the package left in the snow (my driveway was plowed and clear - less snow than where the package was dumped!). It would have been comical but for the fact that my parents probably spent much more than the flowers were worth sending them to me, which is what prompted me to write this. Beware of purchasing flowers from 1800Flowers to be delivered in the winter - there is no guarantee your recipient will actually find the package!

I appreciate that the flowers were delivered by a local florist - and they called ahead of time to see if anyone would be home. Sometimes other (nationwide) methods of delivery whose name will remain nameless simply leave the flowers at the door and do not even bother to ring the doorbell. Very stupid especially in the wintertime. I am a little puzzled though, why the florist that was used was nowhere near us.

Not as expected!

First off, it took me 1 1/2 hours on your website to place an order. I talked to a customer service rep about my problems on your website. When I would click on the product that I wanted, it would take me to a different product, then after the customer service rep figured that part out, the descriptions were all switched and missing items. The rep assured me that all the items in the picture would be in the package. My Aunt and Uncle recieved the basket and it was nothing like what was pictured. Very disappointed in this company. I won't be buying through this site ever again.

Don't ever use this service for your special date. It completely ruined our special date by not delivering flower on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They don't really know what's going on with flower that isn't delivered on right time. Never use this service. Period.

My order was a LARGE basket of white flowers with Lavender and a purple bow. Very significant for me and the deceased. BUT NO what arrived was pink and red as if it was Valentine's day! Not a funeral. It was medium in size, it was wilted as if an old arrangement had my card. I could not believe my heart could break anymore until I saw it. NO ONE CALLED from florist. I understand substitute but not complete change without a phone call. I deserve a full refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND. De-Ette Walters. *******@gmail.com

Birthday Surprise

I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. When they delivered the flowers they just left them on the front porch. They didn't even knock on her door to tell her that she had flowers. She just happened to go out the front door and there they were.

Dissappointed

I ordered a large bouquet with 2 Mylar birthday balloons to be delivered to her at work on her birthday. Not only was the bouquet on the smaller side, there was only one balloon. I contacted them to let them know I was not happy and you know what? They replied to say that they would send the second balloon to her workplace! Really? It's been days after her birthday and still have seen no balloon, much less an apology, any type of compensation or even an offer of one. Time to find another vendor.

Just sprouted bulbs

My guest thanked for bulbs where as I had purchased plants. He sent me photgraph with his message of thanks. At time of delivery the bulbs had just sprouted with white sprouts and were not grown to the size and were of not light green colour as shown on your website
