It was easy to order. The selections were great. The prices were fair. The items were delivered to the right person on the right date. I also received the notice the items were delivered and it was confirmed by family members.

The fruit bouquet was awesome, they loved it and I'm sure by now it is all gone. I got a little worried when by 4:30pm, they hadn't received the fruit, but I called and you said it might be 7:00pm before it would be delivered. I think around 5:00pm they called and said it had arrived!
Flowers wilted in 3 days. Arrangement was horrible. Only had one rose on one side. Ordered 18 roses so this wouldn't happen. Will not use this company ever again.
I've used this company on and off for the past few years and experience has been good. But this time, item delivered was far different than item pictured. While local florist may not exactly match item, this arrangement completely missed the mark. I ordered a bouquet of color and what was delivered was mostly green, cheap filler... the flowers looked like some low-cost arrangement found at a local grocery flower & gift section... a $20 arrangement that I paid $60 for. I complained and wanted a refund but they insisted on replacing it with an identical arrangement and bothering my wife at her hotel while on business. Too much hassle. The customer service person seemed hellbent on following corporate guidelines than in using common sense. Unless I plan on ordering simple things like daisies or roses, I probably won't use 1800flowers.com again.
I always send a tree and plaque for sympathy as I feel it has a lot more meaning and will last for ever. I always have the recipient send me a photo when they receive it. I always buy the larger tree so it looks fairly nice when they get it. This time it looked much like the smaller tree, in fact it was very small. Otherwise I am usually happy with my orders and will continue to shop here.
I sent the arrangement with the Westie Dog made out of white carnations in the center of the arrangements, since the person receiving this for her birthday owns two Westies, and she was thrilled beyond words with the arrangement! She loved how they filled her kitchen with happiness and the touch of the dog in the arrangement made it even more special!
Delivered as directed to my sister in PA. Thank you I believe she will be pleased with the choice as her birthday party is tomorrow.
I was happy to see that the display arrived, was in excellent condition (even in our harsh climate), and stood out amongst all the other displays that were there. It was a very nice selection offered in the sympathy category and I'd have no problem as a return customer and I'd also recommend to others. Thank you!

The actual bouquet did not resemble anything like the photo. Granted I realize local florists may not have all of the exact flowers, I was hoping the color scheme would be adhered.
