Ordered Mother's day flowers that arrived broken and dead without a card. Upon trying to take advantage of the 100% smile guarantee, they only offered 50% refund. What a joke. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If you decide to use this company you should know that they use FedEx. FedEx marks the delivery as "delivered" way sooner than it is actually delivered. I spent all day on different chats and finally calling into the 1-800 number to get help. Proceed at your own risk but be prepared to either ignore the initial delivery confirmation and hope for the best or spend the entire day on the phone trying to locate the flowers. FedEx marks the item as delivered to ensure they meet their deadlines and the company tries to excuse it by saying its an "early delivery" notification. Then they had the audacity to tell me to call FedEx. Absolutely not! I paid this company to take care of the flower delivery, why in the world would I call their carrier for them. No, it literally says, left at front door. Such a pain.
DON'T USE THEM! They have charged my account 3 different times and very sorry I used my bank card instead of a credit card. When I tried to call to try to fix the 1st order and then the 2nd order it obviously wasn't fixed because now I have a 3rd charge. I now had to call my bank to stop payments and freeze my card before I was possibly charged again and have them overdraw my account. I'm so Frustrated no one is answering the calls anymore. It's a SCAM!
Without a doubt the most pathetic flowers I have ever received in my life. Dead flowers With heads falling off. I've been in the phone for 40 minutes so I can attempt to have my daughters refunded for this poor excuse of a bouquet. No answer. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A FLOWER SERVICE!
Terrible! Save your money! I placed two orders. One never arrived. The other was 22 covered in MILDEW instead of 24 fresh flowers and 6 of the tops were broken off the stems. Not what I wanted for my mom before Mother's Day. One star bc I had to give a rating. Not worth any stars!
I ordered a medium Olive Tree after seeing it on my Facebook feed for several weeks. My shipment arrived on time and I was very disappointed with the tree. It did not look like the picture on their website at all. I called it my "Charlie Brown" tree. The website pic had full multiple branches. What I received did not. I contacted customer services and they were very helpful and immediately shipped me a replacement tree. Unfortunately, the replacement tree is worse than the first tree.

Them calling to notify me the day of that the item I had ordered a week in advance was out of stock was the highlight of the customer service I experienced with this company. Anything else I can help you with today?. This message was a LIE! Nothing was delivered. I called my wife's work and confirmed that. I then went on the Chat and got nothing but the run around. I then called and the person told me that they had until 5:00 to deliver the flowers. My wife comes home at 5:00. OBVIOUSLY, I should have gone to a reputable florist and purchased the flowers there and delivered them myself. Then the chat person tried to offer me an incentive to repeat my mistake. Really?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I purchased flowers yesterday morning to be delivered today prior to 12:00 - even paid extra for it. It was for my uncle's funeral that I could not attend. The wake was from 1:00-3:00. Flowers were delivered at 4:20 today to absolutely no one since wake had been over for almost an hour and a half. I complained and wanted a refund because the flowers were now useless as my uncle is being cremated. 1-800-Flowers would only refund me the $4.99 I paid for the early delivery. Not the cost of the useless flowers since my aunt and cousin did not receive them nor were they displayed at the wake. I will be disputing this on my credit card. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed that my flowers were not present at his wake!
Purchased a gardenia plant in medium for my sister who was sick. Payed $15 shipping and the delivery date changed to be 40 days later (6 weeks). I called 1800 flowers and they said they are out of stock and no options other than to get a matching plant with lower price than I bought it for. Delivery will be in18 days. I don't recommend this place, expensive for nothing. I didn't get any credit back for price difference or free delivery since it's their problem. Use other companies /local florist.
Just wanted to share my experience with #1800flowers
So I placed my ordered for a sympathy arrangement on Wed. The 7th, to be delivered on Friday the 9th. The recipient lives less than 10 miles away. Now this is an important piece of information which I will explain in a moment. I received a notice that my order had arrived in King of Prussia. For non locals, this town is also less than 10 miles away. Then another notice that delivery would be delayed until Monday evening. This is a live plant BTW.
So I clicked the tracking link. The plant was originally shipped from Florida. What the actual $#*!? So in less than 24 hours, my order made it from Florida to Pennsylvania but will now take 3.5 days to deliver to its destination, less than 10 miles away. Worse yet, I'm posting pictures of what I ordered and the damaged, dying, sideways cluster$#*! received. Now you'd think the worst is over, right? But wait... there's more. I called customer service, explained what happened. The delay, the damage and why the $#*! does it ship from Florida? Is there no other florist in less than 1500 $#*!ing miles from me that might have that plant?
Customer service apologized. Offered to resend another plant. No refund, no credit. Just sorry and $#*! you. Another damaged and dying plant? No thanks. I'll just post this review everywhere along with the pictures so that everyone is aware of your $#*!ty customer service.
The worst company I gave ever had the non pleasure in dealing with. That includes AT&T. After talking to 7 customer service rep. Two that answered phone with kids screaming in back ground never to get on phone. Two outright lying and per their notes not living up to 100 percent quarentee. Finally after two weeks got a supervisor they put me on hold for 39 min never came back on line. This company is awful. I will go back to using local florist
My experience with this company was horrible, I ordered an arrangement of $ 97 they told me that they delivered the next day at 9:00 AM and I never arrived, at 12 noon I called them to ask about my arrangement and they told me that the fix that I had bought had been discontinued but they never let me know and I was waiting for my fix. I asked for the cancellation and they did not put the money for the account I had to call 2 or 3 times to get the money back, I do not recommend them at all.
Very poor customer service I ordered same day delivery for a very important event. But never received my flowers and no call regarding missed delivery. Then I was lied to about my order being canceled. Buyer be aware!
I wanted to send my mom a special flower arrangement for her 70th birthday. I splurged and bought an arrangement that should have wowed her (thanking the Internet for the ease of getting something special for a loved one so far away), instead when I saw her thank you on Facebook with the picture of the flowers I had an apoplexy! This is the first time I have ever written a review, because I am so disgusted with the whole situation. They will rectify by sending another arrangement. The birthday is done. My intention to wow her is ruined. Can't get that back, just like my patronage.
Order flowers for my mother a week before Easter. They called me at 4:29 pm the day it was to be delivered telling me the arrangement is unavailable. Offered another one. I irritatingly accepted because at least they were trying to do something about their error, UNTIL... They asked if they could deliver 2 days AFTER Easter. My original order was supposed to be delivered today, Friday before Easter. Asked for a refund since they charged me last week when I placed the order. I was told it will take up to 7 days! Never again with this company.
I ordered an extra large "Always on my mind" bouquet. After spending 30 minutes choosing my selection, I received a call 10 minutes after I placed my order informing me that the bouquet was not available. It took another hour to find a non-comparable selection that could be sent. There were only 3 choices available to deliver in the area of my recipient and none could be delivered by my original delivery date. I couldn't even get a refund of 100% because I used a cash back rewards card, which is nonrefundable. This place is a joke and a ripoff, and I will never order here again.
I ordered a birthday cake flower arrangement and they call the day of to say it could not be delivered. I was very disappointed but would have been okay with a refund bc I wanted the gift delivered on time. It's a hassle to get a refund after repeating myself many times I gave up. They said that they will make things right by sending another arrangent half off the following day with 20 dollar coupon. I called right back to see if I could get an email of the new flowers or at least pick them. They said it was already sent, but they could help me pick out and pay for another arrangent today. I just wanted to cancel the transaction of paying for something I might not even like for my friend but this rep made it impossible also. Make things right by listening and doing what was fairly asked in the first place. I will NOT be using the coupon or order from this disappointing company again! It should be called 1-800-headache!
On 2/21/21, I placed an on-line order for a candle holder and coordinating bracelet, both of which are engraved with sentiments about friendship. I selected the soonest available delivery date of 2/22/21, but my friend never received the gift. During the next 4 weeks, I called 3 times regarding non-delivery & was finally told that these items had been discontinued. I never received notification of that fact, but my Visa was charged. I think it's safe to say that 1-800-Flowers has lost a long-time customer!
