NEVER use 1800 Flowers, they are liars and don't deliver on anything they say they will. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day, but nothing ever showed up. I called them, they first offered a $20 credit, then later a full refund and they assured me that the flowers would be delivered the next day. I told my mom to expect them, which was a big mistake because she was even more disappointed when they didn't show up a second time. I called again, they promised AGAIN that the flowers would be delivered the following day, and again nothing showed up. I'm halfway across the world and haven't seen my mom in over a year, this was really sad for her and infuriating for me as she has no one else. Trash company

Can I give negative stars? I ordered a bouquet for my mother, to be delivered the Thursday before Mother's Day, to avoid the busy delivery times. I called her on Mother's Day and learned the delivery was not made. 1 800 Flowers did not tell me! I called them, spent 45 minutes on the phone to ask for a solution. They promised a delivery on the Tuesday after Mother's Day. They did not deliver! They did not tell me about their failure to deliver a second time. I called today (the Friday after Mother's Day) and they still had not delivered, and could not offer me a delivery either today or tomorrow. I finally cancelled the order, and asked for a refund. When I asked the amount of the refund, the figure named by the operator was not the same as the amount charged to my credit card. So now I wonder if I will get my full refund. The operator said it could take 5-7 days for the refund to appear. Because of their history of promising delivery, and doing nothing, I will have to wait and see. The operator told me I would receive a $20 coupon for my next order, for my inconvenience. What can you get for $20? I am unlikely to give them any more of my money. I do not reccomend this company. Stay away. The operators I spoke with were kind, and friendly, but were unable to actually do anything helpful- not even get the refund amount right.

Ruined Mother's Day

I placed an order on 5/6/2021 for a flower arrangement for Mother's Day (5/9). I chose flex delivery which meant it could be delivered 5/7,5/8, or 5/9. Mother's Day arrived and I saw no change in order status. I reached out to 1800 Flowers that afternoon to express my concern. I was assured that my delivery would be delivered by 8pm. I continued to wait until 7:45pm. Still no delivery. I contacted 1800 Flowers again to get an update on my order. I was told it would be delivered for the second time, so I asked the representative to tell me the location of my delivery because it was 15 minutes until 8. The representative replied that she was sorry for the inconvenience and offered me $20 off my next order.

The fact that I ordered 3 days ahead and the flowers could've been delivered either of the 3 days, left no excuse to why my flowers were not delivered. I waited all day till night for my mother's flowers and was told each time they would be delivered. Not only did 1800 flowers fail to provide me with the service I paid for, they left me no time to seek another option to get my mom flowers. THIS COMPANY RUINED THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY FOR MOTHERS AND OFFERED ME $20. The audacity. I will never use this company again.

NEVER AGAIN!

I immediately saw after my order was processed, that there was 2 sets of bouquets for my mom's birthday, not just one, as I only wanted the Sorbet flowers, not a 2 dozen bouquet. I tried to modify one minute after the order, it was "too late" according to their site. I was unable to cancel or get through to anyone. Live Chat didn't work & I called & the auto response said that my place will be held in line for a call-back. They never called me back. I called them the next day & the agent said it was too late to cancel a few days ahead of time. She stated she would have someone call me back. It never happened. Funny thing is the rep told me the product was in a truck 3 days before & I could not cancel. But the day of the order, I got a message that the bouquets were being "shipped!"Oh & they lie, there is no Smile Guarantee, just a Sucker's Frown. Never ordering from this Scam company again.

I paid a lot of money for flowers to be delivered to my friend after surgery, after 3 days passing and still no delivery I was told I could NOT get a refund, when asked to speak to a manager I was told a manager could not help me, I was livid! I called back and spoke with another customer service rep who said they could deliver the flowers a week later, it took a lot of phone calls before I finally got a refund. Do not use 1800flowers, its a rip off, no one speaks English and they try to make you give up pursuing a refund.

Bad service

Order early for mother's day. Delivery date was two days before. No flowers
Call got a replacement for that day still no flowers. Called again was told they did not have that in stock. Asked for a new arrangement to come after mother's day still no flowers. Showed up the next day at 8:30 at night
Never got email for delivery. Or nothing. Flowers were ugly and cheap look bad
Will not be calling again

Horrible!

I will NEVER use this service again, Spent so much money and what was sent looked like leftover flowers shoved into a vase, nothing even close to what I ordered to be sent the first pic is what I orderd, the second pic is what was sent. Incredibly dissapointed... I would rate zero stars if it would let me i have proof of purchase, but it won't let me post a picture of the recipt

Don't order live items

I decided to order both of my mothers live bush plants that they could plant in their garden this year. One of them received a box with no card at all inside and no indication at all of who the gift was from. The plant was stuffed in a box too small - so the 2 flower stalks that were there were received bent - and the entire plant was half dead with much of the foliage dead at the bottom of the box. What she received looked NOTHING like the picture online. I guess my opinion would be stick to the cut bouquets and hope for the best:-( Or better yet - call a local florist in the area you want them delivered - you will get much better results.

Sent flowers once to a good friend, and the flowers were basically dead, sent flowers to my son's mom, and the flowers never showed up, my son sent flowers to his mom and they never showed up.

It's one excuse after another excuse after another. Whoever is the CEO needs to go back down to the ground floor and redo their customer support. Even when you are in queue online they dont' respond back, there is no ping to let you know when they message you.

This is horrible!

Waste of over 500 dollars!

Horrible Service, I order flowers for my 5 year anniversary. I checked only during my lunch break to see if they had been delivered and they were not, I then end up getting home from work late around 7:30 PM to figure out they had still not been delivered. I called at 8:15 PM to confirm why the flowers have not yet been delivered only to figure out that they were not delivered due to a quality issue. I had received no communications that the flowers were cancelled. My wife thought I had forgot our anniversary. I then am told that my flowers won't be delivered and I will receive a refund in 5-7 business days and I will receive and email confirmation of my refund. I have yet to receive any such confirmation of my refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with this so called service. I order from this place for convenience, looks like I might have to start going in person to flower shops instead of ordering online.

I am one of those guys, I seldom take time to write a review, unless service is spectacular or a costly mistake. Ordered flowers on Friday, April 30th, 2021 from 1-900-Flowers for a delivery scheduled on Friday, May 7th, between the hours of 9a-8p. I put the order in early for Mothers day, thinking it would make a difference. Friday May 7th, no delivery. Contacted 1-800-Flowers Saturday around 1115. Representative stated she would guarantee delivery on Saturday, May 8th and gave me a half off credit. No delivery Saturday, May 8th. Contacted them again on Sunday, Mothers Day at approximately 5p. The representative was totally rude, stating she could not deliver the flowers on Mothers day. She did not offer any credits, apologies or a solution to my problem. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which one was conveniently not available. But the rude rep. Eased my mind (sarcasm) and stated she would have a supervisor contact me. To date not a word. Will try one more time to get a refund. Please stay away from using them. Order from a local florist, it might cost a little bit more, but it is support for local business's.

Do not order!

I placed my order for Mother's Day for 39.99 plus they add on and annual passport. Total was $120.00 and was not going to be delivered on time so I tired too cancel my order. I had to call. I was on hold for a while. This guy answered, all he did was compliment my voice. Didn't cancel my order. After that I was getting personal calls from same representative asking me out on a date. Called *******098 multiple times. Was placed on long holds and hung up. My debit card was new and I also had fraud done same day. Someone from that company used my card for fans only. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This has to be the worst company I ever dealt with. I don't think I have ever had a good experience with them but 3rd time and I'm done. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid more to have them delivered on Saturday or Sunday because I couldn't be there to get some on my own. They reported them delivered on Saturday but it was delivered to a different apartment. I was told they could give me "tomorrow delivery" which would Monday. I told them I wanted Sunday as I paid for it to be delivered then. I was told they were too busy to deliver it. Then after arguing with them they said they couldn't deliver until Tuesday and could only give me part of my money back. I asked for a manager or someone to talk to and no option was ever given. I told them I had the tomorrow delivery statement as proof (because it's in a text from them). They never tried to help just kept wanting me to move the delivery. I requested my money back and will never use again. "Too busy" is a sorry excuse! Just say I'm not an important customer.

Disappointed

When I decide to use 1800 Flowers over all the many other Flower delivery websites it's because I expect them to live up to their name. I ordered flowers for my Wife to receive at her job the day before Mother's Day, she never got them. I call to speak to a customer service representative and they tell me that they can have it shipped to her the following Monday. So what is the point there then, I paid the full price of whatever you expected for your services but can't expect to receive what I paid for

Our daughter ordered a Mothers' Day arrangement of roses. She is in Denver, and we are in Illinois. We have no idea where the flowers came from, but none of the roses were "tight"; All were a little past their prime. The purple ones were considerably past prime, and were losing their curled petals. Now this is no surprise, because the flowers were delivered absolutely dry, laying in a box next to a vase. There was not so much as a napkin or moist anything around the stems. We are done with 1-800-Flowers.com.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers online, was charged, and they were delivered on time. Problem was it wasn't at all what I ordered and flowers were cheap white carnations that were practically dead when I'd ordered expensive pink roses. Took over 30 minutes for customer service to answer and was offered a redelivery of the original order, a $20 credit, and a call to the recipient to apologize - none of which happened. I call again and now it's almost an hour wait time on the phone and am told they show the $20 credit for my account, but nothing else. Tried to have flowers redelivered again and was being told that arrangement wasn't available for two months but could give no explanation as to why it wasn't reflecting that online. After several attempts to find a replacement but was continually told it wasn't available regardless of what was shown online, I just gave up and asked for a refund. Was immediately told no because flowers had been delivered, but I pushed back saying they weren't at all what I'd ordered and were practically dead, so that was not agreeable. I would concede if they were at least an equal value arrangement, but wilted, white carnations absolutely do not cost was pink, long stem roses do. Had to get a supervisor involved, but they finally agree to the full refund within 24 hours, but not surprisingly, they only returned half. Absolute worst customer service; do NOT use this company!

I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my mother online and was charged and paid for my order at that time with a guaranteed delivery for next day. Flowers never got delivered and the tracking on their website does not work. I've called 3 times and waited on hold literally for 3 hours and no response or call back. So, no refund either and paid $150 US. They are thieves, do not be fooled by this company!

I ordered flowers from these guys on Wednesday to be delivered to a SCHOOL. They ended up with a delivery time of 4:30PM on a Friday... for a school. Even though these were ordered on a Wednesday. Good grief. I should have known-they were late delivering flowers to a funeral and I STILL used them... NEVER AGAIN.
