Purchased a gardenia plant in medium for my sister who was sick. Payed $15 shipping and the delivery date changed to be 40 days later (6 weeks). I called 1800 flowers and they said they are out of stock and no options other than to get a matching plant with lower price than I bought it for. Delivery will be in18 days. I don't recommend this place, expensive for nothing. I didn't get any credit back for price difference or free delivery since it's their problem. Use other companies /local florist.
Tip for consumers:
Know delivery date and get tracking number. My delivery date was charged to be in 6 weeks (40 days) defeated the purpose when you send it for someone sick.
