Bought two cartridges through this place. Both failed before warranty period. Impossible to get a replacement through the warranty. Given the 3rd degree for a $30 purchase.
I ordered house brand toner for my office. I have a 2023 laserjet canon all in 1 printer, scanner, copy, fax. The toner did not work! They refused to exchange it. I made the mistake to order the original toner also with 123 ink and that's when things took a turn for the worse. They sent me another house brand toner set along with the original brand. They refused to take it back and they also sent the invoice for this un ordered item to collections. I have personally spoken to the 123 manager and he repeated multiple times that he won't take it back and that he doesn't care if we want the house brand or not because the deal is done. I've sent this to my legal department and it's taking dozens of hours.
This company is a disgrace and should face legal consequences. I spoke also to canon Netherlands and they knew very well of this fraudulent company. It's not worth the savings to run so much risk. Not to mention the printer is damaged from their ink and the guarantee is void.
Hands down the worse experiences in my 15+ years experience buying toner for an mid size office.
Terrible...ink didnt work trying to get return label. After holding 10 minutes they put recording on saying leave message. Do not use there products... dont work
They used to produce a great product, but in the past 2 years everything has been terrible. Leaking cartridges, drums that don't work. Product photo is of brand new drums that won't work, ink from their toner cartridges covering them because the inks all leak. They don't stand behind the products they produce either, they won't even give me a credit to purchase something else when one of their own made products doesn't work... I run a bunch of businesses and always used them but there are better places to order from without a doubt! If your going to produce a product, stand behind it no matter what.
I have been buying cartridges from this company and have had a few cartridges that did not work. They just sent me replacements...and no problem. Unfortunately, their customer service is not good now. I wasted 3 days sending them photos of the error message,printer and cartridges... they kept asking for more info. I dealt with a real person today and had to argue with her regarding my problem with a black ink cartridge not being recognized. I already had to go to Staples and buy a genuine Epson cartridge, just so I could use my printer. All I wanted is for 123ink to send me a new cartridge...what a pain. After all the things they wanted me to do and all the time I wasted, now my printer has an error 'Maintenance Box End of Life' (from all the printer head cleaning etc). They did not seem to realize that MY TIME Wasted is important.
We had ordered two Moustache brand printer ink cartridges from 123 Ink (Shopper+) The shipping time was a little longer than expected, and when the cartridges arrived, they did not work with both of our printers. I had spent 2 hours following the 123 Ink troubleshooting guide. When I had contacted them they came back with prompt emails stating someone will be in contact with a "Product Specialist"... After stating in the initial email that I had already troubleshooted the issue and just wished to return these cartridges, I was met with directions from this "Product Specialist" After multiple emails back and forth, they stated that these cartridges were not meant for our specific model... So I let them know I would like to send them back. They stated there will be a 30% restocking fee. I agreed, and asked how to proceed with returning these cartridges as well as inquired if I were to pay for the return shipping as well. I did not receive a response, so I emailed again. I have yet to receive instructions on how to send these back. Overall a terrible experience even when we were willing to incur the 30% restocking fee as the cartridges are useless to us. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I should have known better after seeing all of the other reviews as well as the numerous grammatical errors on their website/Troubleshooting guide.
They're reasonably priced and quick to deliver. However, today they told me they couldn't be responsible for a defective toner cartridge, right out of an unopened box.
They say there's a best-before date on cartridges even though it says no such thing on the packaging or even the manufacturer's site.
Well, now I know. It cost me $160 in replacement from a box store to find out.
I ordered two cartridges for my two brother printers. On their website, it says "compatible". However after I got the cartridges, both of them are not compatible with my printers. It took me such a long time to communicate with them. I called their customer service as well. Still I did not get the refund. I don't know what else I could show them that the cartridges are not compatible at all! Plus their customer service is the worst ever! The lady who took my phone call could not speak decent English. She did not want me to explain the situation. In one word, I don't trust the company at all. I will never buy anything from this company. Worst ever!
123Inkt: ordered a printer a week ago, was supposed to be delivered last Monday. Needed it for my reports for work. Here it is Thursday night and it's still not here and they cannot tell me when it will be here and they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money.
When you buy product from them then it will show 730 days warranty but when any issues happens then they will say that we do not see any issues with the product to avoid warranty. So, ultimately they will cheat you. Junk product. Bad customer service.

I opened the black ink cartridge per the instructions: ink was instantly all over my hands and carpet. The promised savings are NOT worth the damage caused by this faulty product.
I needed repalcement ink and the prices seemed OK. I plugged in the printer number and the page came up with their offerings. I plumped for the economy pack plus an extra black. The economy pack black seemed fine but the extra black was the wrong one. They refused to correct the error, saying I chose the wrong one. My question is, why did the wrong one come up as an option for my printer. Be very careful when using their site and don't expect any customer service.
As a follow-up, after a number of weeks and following this review, the company did contact me and dealt with the issue. I have receiver a refund and am now satisfied with their response.

Regrettably, 123ink.ca only offers delivery via UPS on its Web site. UPS's standard for delivery - 3 working days for delivering from Montreal to Ottawa, a 2 1/2-hour drive - is bad for a courier service, and UPS is not even able to meet it. A full week when you're lucky, often longer, is more likely. To add insult to injury, UPS had sent me an e-mail indicating the delivery would be one day earlier, but never bothered to send another when it was delayed beyond the original date; the package tracking indicates the package only left Montreal a week after UPS got it, and at that point, I'm still waiting though the package has supposedly arrived in Ottawa but won't be delivered in the foreseeable future. The customer service agent at 123 tells me we can call to select Canada Post as a carrier (XpressPost would probably be in two working days for a short distance like this), but since the Web site doesn't mention it, that's likely an excuse more than anything. Which is too bad: if an option other than UPS had appeared, I would have given it four stars.

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 6968. Two of the 3 coloured cartridges were not recognized by the printer, and I ended up opening the spare packs I had bought with same result. I also had the black cartridge literally explode upon opening, my fingers were black (not easy to get off) and stains in my carpet. They offered me a $30 towards my next purchase as it that will clean my carpet. I had to go to Staples, buy original HP cartridges to get my printer back to working condition. Buy somewhere else, their products are of low quality.

I have been ordering ink cartridges from 123Ink.ca for 10 years for my brother printer. I always order the cheaper ones. I have never had any trouble with any of them. I have also order other supplies for my small business.@ day delivery at the most. Never any problems.
I ordered a set of color toner for my Brother MFC-9130 printer. They worked well for about a year, but then they simply wouldn't print well. The color would be extremely splotchy and inconsistent.

I ordered a set of HP cartridges (Moustache brand) in March and today tried to install them. (Order number *******)
There was no yellow seal on the new cartridges despite instructions to peel the yellow seal off. The printer will not accept the cartridges. Attempts to call the 1-866 customer service number fail as I languish on hold listening to staticky music. I am out $96 and highly unhappy. Will try to send an email to their support line but have low hopes for a positive outcome...

After 5 times the cleaning process, carefully take out the cyan cartridge and use an Alcohol swab wipe the chip on it. 4. If still not print, try to reinstall it. Answer: Hi Maya, As Joy mentioned we do not provided unlock service, however, if you purchase your cellphone from your mobile phone company, then you will just need to bring it to them to have them unlock, or you can demand your current currier company to help you with that, generally speaking, you will have to pay certain amount unlock fee, in most of the shopping mall, you will also find some kiosk service to help you with that. According to my experience, it's not recommendable to have it unlock by yourself since you do not want to void the warranty and most importantly the battery.
