Answer: Hi Maya, As Joy mentioned we do not provided unlock service, however, if you purchase your cellphone from your mobile phone company, then you will just need to bring it to them to have them unlock, or you can demand your current currier company to help you with that, generally speaking, you will have to pay certain amount unlock fee, in most of the shopping mall, you will also find some kiosk service to help you with that. According to my experience, it's not recommendable to have it unlock by yourself since you do not want to void the warranty and most importantly the battery.
