How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Patio Living?

Impossible to contact someone at PatioLiving.com either by phone or chat

Set our phones on speak to be on hold for over 2 HOURS, multiple days in a row.

Same experience. Still on hold for the third time. Been 45 minutes.... gosh they are awful

Took me an hour on hold and when they finally answered guy had a terrible attitude
