Placed order in April (they set expectation of 14-16 weeks) zero update until I proactively reached out inquiring bc it was past 16 weeks - then delivery magically appeared a week later. My other order placed in May have not seen or had any response from company. Lesson learned - must be squeeky wheel to get grease with this company. I ordered local to support local but clearly not worth the squeeze - their orders come from China regardless of ordering local.
Tip for consumers:
don't expect your merchandise for 20+ weeks and don't expect company to proactively reach out to let yoo know about your order - you have to stay on them.
