Why can't I get them to respond to me when I email and call about a problem I have with them. I ordered 14 candles and only received 9 and they took all the money for all 14 out of my account.....that is bad business

Darla - I'm having the same problem with BellaCandles. I ordered 7 candles and only received 5. They also charged and collected the money for all 7 candles! I've tried calling and e-mailing them and they are non-responsive. I'm hoping I have some type of repercussion because I paid using Paypal. This will be my first and last order!

They are not in the customer service business, they are in the fraud business. I filed a complaint with the BBB and left negative reviews everywhere I could find and sent screenshots if all if them via email before I was finally able to cancel the service. I was not able to obtain any type of refund however.

I got through via Facebook and sent screen shots of all the negative reviews I left And a bit complaint.....I told them to shove it and presented all evidence to my bank and I charged it back to them!sad be I buy about $500 in candles a yr from yankee and hidden treasure candles ♡♡ them and they have amazing customer service
