After a month or longer of literally hundreds of phone calls they would not answer I sent screen shots of my multiple negative reviews to them on multiple sites via email. I guess they do read emails at least since they never were available to answer the telephone. After several emails that may have had harsh wording they magically found our account and cancelled the recurring monthly charges. I also went to my bank and have also received messages from people going to their bank and having any charges from them rejected. My bank cost was 30$ but luckily they cancelled my account before that was necessary.
