Hello All,
I use to think Care Credit/Synchrony Bank was one of the best credit card companies out there. I am writing to let everyone know how incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and outright disrespectful this company is. Since Aug of last year (2022). I have been put on hold for excessively extended periods of countless times w/o being checked on. I have been hung up on, given incorrect information, been harassed by collections and you name it, by Care Credit.

I have been going back and forth with Care Credit on the same issue that is still not resolved to this day (Feb 1,2023). Aug of 2022 I was upgraded to the Care Credit MasterCard, which was an awesome way to show their appreciation for my being a good and loyal customer. They automatically closed the old card and sent me the new card. They did a balance transfer from the old card onto the new card, and I thought everything was fine.

A couple of months later, I started getting collection calls, so I called the customer service (or lack thereof) number. I attempted to find out why that closed card was showing a debt. For 5 months now I have been told that I made a purchase on the old card and I know for a fact I did NOT!

They could never tell me the name of the merchant or any detail of the purchase other than the amount. I have talked to countless reps and managers, having to explain the whole ordeal to each person with multiple transfers for 5 months now.

I have put in several dispute claims. When I would call to follow up with the claim, it was never put in, time and time again. I have recently come to find out that it wasn't a purchase that was made, but a mistake made by one of the incompetent CSRs. This issue has still not been resolved and I am told it will take up to 30 more days for them to respond.

This is absolutely unacceptable and no one seems to care about resolving my issue. One of which could have been resolved or not even happened 5 months ago, if they had competent workers. No one has contacted me to apologize or follow up to let me know what is going on with my case. No one has addressed my many complaints about the multiple reps and managers that I have had to endure for 5 months. They should really be ashamed of themselves!

Clothes look nice, but I don't like the fact that you guy make your customers pay for return shipping. That is unfair, because if it doesn't fit correctly or if the item is damaged, then I feel like you guys should offer free return shipping.

RIPOFF! I BOUGHT SEAT COVERS FOR MY CAR. I ENTERED IN THE YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL OF MY CAR TO INSURE THAT THEY WOULD BE COMPATIBLE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE COVERS IT WAS APPARENT THAT THE BACK SEAT COVERS WERE NOT COMPATIBLE. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE SELLER TO LET THEM KNOW. AFTER GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR A FEW DAYS, I REQUESTED A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND REFUND. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. I CALLED DHL TO INQUIRE HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA AND IT WAS 250.00. THE SEAT COVERS WERE 175.00. THEY KNOW NO ONE IS FOOLISH ENOUGH TO SHIP ITEMS BACK AT THOSE PRICES. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Don't Do It! They False Advertise and you won't get you money back.

I have been a cox customer for over 13 years and I have put up with a
Lot over the span of those years. But my most recent encounter with them

Recently. I went to my local Cox store in Williamsburg VA to turn in my
DVR box. While there, I decided to upgrade the internet to the new giga
Blast, since our current service was slow as pond water. The salesman
Told me that it would make my bill go up to roughly 145.00 a month for
Just internet and the contour app (smh). I then asked him were there any
Discounts available. He told me no, but I knew he was lying. So, I went
Ahead and let him process it and bought the new modem. When I
Got home I called the 800 number and sure thing; they gave me a
Discount. It doesn't end there, because I had to go back to the store
To turn in the old modem. I don't know what the previous guy told the
Rest of the salesmen, they all acted like they didn't want to wait on
Me. And the guy that finally came out to assist me, acted very reluctant
To do so. What has happened to customer service? It seems to be non
Existent these days. I worked in customer service for over 20
Years, so I know both sides. I know how difficult some customers can be
And I know how rude and lack of professionalism of some customer service
Reps. I understand, some customers you can't please no matter what.
But most of the time the customers are pissed, because of the level of

Comber Physical Therapy, 5388 Discovery Park Blvd Ste 200 Williamsburg VA. *******-5718

This place is very unprofessional when it comes to integrity and accountability. My husband was a patient from 1-9-18 until 2-20-18 (3 times a week). Midway through his therapy he was informed that his co-pay has gone up from 12.00 a visit to 30.00 a visit (from 36.00 a week to 90.00 a week). When they informed him of this, he immediately told them that; "this day would be his last visit." They came back and said that they had talked to our insurance company and they would honor the 12.00 copay until the end of his original contract.

With that being said; he agreed to continue going, paying the 12.00 copay. It wasn't until the end of his treatment that they came back and said that he owed the remainder of the bill at the 30.00 a visit. We have gone back and forth with Comber and the insurance company, getting the run around. After the insurance company's investigation; it was found that the insurance company never agreed to the 12 copay and now we are being hit with a 336.00 bill.

Had they just been honest from the beginning, and said that it would be 30 dollar copay, my husband would have went elsewhere. He is a US Army Disabled Veteran and he could have went on post with no copay. The ONLY reason why we chose Comber is because they could see him sooner, and we were okay with the 12 copay (NOT the 30 copay).

Now they have amnesia about the whole thing and regardless of what they told him, (they say) "he should have called the insurance company himself" (REALLY?!). So, your integrity and accountability is that unreliable that we have to go back and check that you are telling us the TRUTH? UNACCEPTABLE!

It would cost us more in lawyer fees and court fees to fight this than the actual bill and they know this. That's why they have the attitude of; regardless of what we told you, you still owe the money. PLEASE BEWARE AND DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

I'm late posting this, but I wanted to be fair and let everyone know that I did finally receive the item. After about 90 days and no tracking info. Apparently they ship things very differently in other countries. So beware when ordering from this company how long it will actually take to receive it. The product works well. I give the product 4 stars, but I gave it overall 2 stars, because I still don't recommend them.

I ordered two weeks ago and I still have no shipping information. I will never buy anything from a business advertised on Facebook ever again. Please do your research on any online company or company in general before ordering anything. I was fortunate enough to have a bank that I could dispute the charges without any additional fees.

BUYER BEWARE: My husband and I hired 50 Floor located at 818 Bluecrab Rd. Newport News VA. *******. We spoke with the salesman on Sept. 6th 2017. I specifically ask the salesman if they have their own installers or do they hire independent contractors? He insured me that they were 50 Floor employees. Well, when they showed up Sept. 29th 2017 to do the job, it was very obvious that they were independent contractors. The language barrier was immediately an issue. They didn't measure anything before cutting. They were stepping on the shoe molding, that we provided, to break it instead of cutting it, they over cut the door trimming to the point I could stick my finger in the hole, they put defective planks down, they left gaps where the shoe molding was suppose to connect, when they put the toilets back they didn't cut the screws that holds the toilet in place, so the plastic covers would not go back on, they destroyed three different transitional strips that we provided, they put nails in the flooring, they left gaps in the flooring, they came back on 4 separate occasions to do what was suppose to be a one day job on Sept 29th 2017, they just finished today Nov. 15th 2017. They offered absolutely no compensation for our inconveniences, the only offer they made was to pay for the shoe molding and the transitional strips that they damaged. I had to escalate the call to corporate. And it was like pulling teeth to get them to offer 150.00 credit which is not anywhere near compensation that should have been offered for time wasted, aggravation, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, the multiple canceled appointments that were canceled at the last minute, lack of integrity of this company is beyond unacceptable. I will never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone. I would have been better off hiring an independent contractor my self and saved the extra money they charged for mediocre work. Even upon completion, it doesn't look like a professional did the job.
