Petflow does not let you cancel any future order. How is this legal? Any lawyer reading this, I assure you there is a class action lawsuit. They also do not let you delete your debit/credit card. They are maddening.

I usually do not get scammed, but in this case, I got scammed royally. I opened up a claim asking to find relatives in Poland. To start the process, they asked for $300. Ok, I went along with it because they made a good case. Well, after persistent questioning, I asked them why have you not gotten back to me? Four months later, they told me I was a difficult case. They finally sent me a proposal for doing the research for a start of $800. What was the $300 for? Seriously, what was it for?

Do not trust these people. They will tell you the have the best researchers around, but I never saw anything. Also, they kept spelling my relatives names wrong. How can you do research if you keep getting the names wrong?

I don't understand what has happened to Lord and Taylor. They charged me for an order I never received. It sat on my credit card, and I called every day asking about the order, only to find the people taking the calls incredibly rude. You can't even hear them because the connection is so poor- every time! So even after I finally got an elevated ticket, they cancelled the order, replaced and that one got cancelled too! I have been a customer for years. What is going on here?
Also, you can order plenty of items only to find out a few days later, they say they had to cancel it due to low inventory. I know I am rambling, but this has made me FURIOUS.

Secondly, the quality of their brands have gone way downhill. I ordered two Michael Kors shirts. It used to be a good brand. The first one I washed and the color completely faded and the fabric disintegrated. The second Michael Kors shirt, the elbows wore through just after a few wearings. What the? What happened to quality? Quality is worse than Wal-mart.

Buyer beware.

Lenscrafters website contact form doesn't work and they do not answer messages on social media. Does anyone actually work there?

I'm still in shock at how bad this experience was. I only decided to come here because my usual eye place still won't buy a glaucoma machine. They dilate my eyes every time and I just didn't want to do it again. Came here for the first time, got an exam, and they told me I need progressives. Never worn them before. My order came in and I couldn't wear them. I'm in front of huge monitors all day and this was not going to work.

Went back and got reading glasses and driving glasses. Both cost me over $1,000. (why?) The prescription was wrong and my right eye was terribly blurry. They told me my driving glasses are fine. Rep said. "I've been doing this over 30 years, I know what I am talking about." Well, I've had my eyes more than 50 years and I can tell you, my right eye is still blurry when I wear them. I finally go back for a third time and pick up my new reading glass prescription.

My right eye is still blurry just like my driving glasses. I have to close my one eye to drive. I specifically said to the guy, my driving glasses are still blurry. No response. I said, I guess I'm stuck with them, right? No response. He just wanted to get rid of me. I'm still in shock how this is normal customer service. I'm out an insurance visit, have two pairs of glasses that are blurry and out $1,000. Be very careful going here.

I Want my money back so I can at least see when I'm driving.

Tip for consumers:
I'd like to get a human from Lenscrafters to respond but evidently they have no customer service or marketing dept.

I bought the BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro All in One Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner and Mop for Hard floors and Area Rugs, 2306 from Amazon. I own a Bissell Carper cleaner that I absolutely love and thought this product would be just as good. I was wrong! This vac/mop clogs instantly and starts to smell like it's burning. Then shuts off. It's been two months and I'm too scared to use it. They will not let me return it and I got scammed by Bissell for $300! I'm so unhappy with them.

So then I called customer service who told me this product is not for pets. How can you advertise a pet cleaning machine that's not for pets!? You said it was for egg on the floor. (Honestly, they did!) Anyone with dogs knows that there is never egg left on a floor! They farm out their customer service to some overseas company meant to soothe you and in the end say, you are sh*t outta luck sucker.

I got scammed by Bissell and the bot keeps saying call this number. Well I did and you offered me a free brush! Woohoo. What a piece of garbage. I want my money back and I won't stop reporting on the terrible customer service until you do. So it's this design that sucks. Feel free to credit me anytime you want Bissell

Hotwire relies on it's aggregate to fake no-vacanies and to scare you into believing there is nothing else out there. So I fell for it. Hotwire said a hotel had only 2 rooms left, and nothing else in the area, so I booked it. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they had plenty of rooms to choose from and the average price was $80!
