Staff is hostile and sullen when serving customers "not of their kind."

Kmart is the worst place to shop unless you don't mind standing in line. There are never enough cashiers for the number of customers who want to check out. The cashiers that ARE on duty are poorly trained and frequently have to call for assistance from their never-present supervisors.

Good selection, good prices, generous return policy. HOWEVER: very hard to get help if you have a question. Nobody seems to know anything.

I've been a member for 20 years, and I have never failed to save more than the cost of my membership. I save the cost of membership on gasoline alone!

If you want to use the restroom here, you'd better have a gun with you. Not safe for women!

If you make a mistake, you can forget about returning your purchase and getting your money back!

POF has continually ignored my requests to adjust the "matches" they send me. If you are interested in women who are NOT in your age range, who live a hundred miles or more from where you live, or who are NOT members of your race, then perhaps you'll like this option, but I'm through with this junk site. I made the mistake of accepting an Eddie Bauer credit card, and had my credit ruined as a result. Eddie Bauer doesn't handle their own credit. Their accounts are handled by a company called "Comenity." Comenity is notorious for late billing, poor account handling, and suspicious account activity. If you ever have a problem with an Eddie Bauer product, and you made the mistake of charging it to your Eddie Bauer account, you'll never get your money back.
