Bought an expensive watch. They promised me a service free of charge. When I then asked for it they made excuses why I should wait longer. Then they said (although I have it in writing) that the sales person had left. They do not answer my complaint. So, dont trust them, go somewhere else!
If it doesnt work out, usually no questions asked, return works!

They charged me £3.90 for delivery and it took 9 days to arrive! Not on...
I regularly shop at Lidl, which is better value and quite good at continental stuff. Their new wines are good, and advertised as "buy 4 bottles and get a wine carrier and £4 off". So I bought my 4 bottles... and was told that regardless of what the Lidl leaflet says the offer does not apply at my local Lidl..." It's probably illegal to advertise something that is not true, but it is also very stupid. I want my £4 off!
I sent the goods back, they kept my money...pretexting they did not receive the return... Avoid...

I am very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with Spartoo UK, and I would like to help rectify this situation for you. How long ago did you post the items? Did you follow our online procedure for free returns, and keep your postage receipt just in case? Have you contacted our customer service at 02030264358?

Refunds on returned items can take up to several days, especially for items that are returned to our warehouse in France (as is the case with a small portion of our stock). If you followed the free returns procedure online, you can keep track of the status of your return through your customer area online. If you did not follow our free returns procedure online, your refund would unfortunately take several weeks, as it is more difficult to identify the corresponding customer order.

I urge you to contact us immediately so that we may rectify this situation for you as quickly as possible. I do apologise for any confusion caused, but I can assure you that you will receive your refund, exchange or credit note if you have returned the items to us.

When you do receive your refund, exchange or credit note, I hope that you would consider changing your negative review of Spartoo on this website and the suggestion that we are not a legitimate retailer.

I gave one because you cant give zero. Basically, it's a scam based on people inattention or laziness. They take money from your account hoping you'll forget. Quality of their stuff is very poor. It's only a matter of time until they are shut down. Don't get caught!
