  • Glossier

3/15/18

I received a sample of Glossier's Balm Dotcom lip balm and I immediately purchased 3 full size tubes. It's that good! The coconut smells like real coconut and I use it not only on my lips but also my cuticles and chapped skin. I've even used the rose tinted balm as a blush, in a pinch. They're $12 a pop, but they seriously last forever so don't let the sticker price intimidate you!

  • Too Faced

4/5/18

I've never tried a TooFaced product that I didn't like. My current favorite is the Born This Way foundation as it's full coverage but doesn't look cakey at all. I've been a long time fan of their Lip Injection lip plumping gloss. It does sting a bit, but it works!

  • Glow For A Cause

4/5/18

Everyone loves a company that creates great products and gives back to the community. Glow for a Cause contributes money from every sale to a charity. Their body butters, perfumes, facial scrubs and facial moisturizers are also amazing. You can even buy a "Try it all" sampler for $12 Love them!

  • Buffer

3/15/18

I use Buffer to schedule posts primarily for Twitter but what I love most about them is the content they create. They have an amazing marketing blog to give you their insights and tips and tricks for growing your business. They also have one of the most unique company cultures I've ever heard of (all employees work remotely, transparent salary information, diversity driven, etc)

  • Nomad Cosmetics

4/5/18

Nomad makes these really great "All-in-One" palletes that include blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, shadow primer, eyeliner pencil and a dual tipped brush. It's really great to keep in your purse for touch ups or take on trips. One little box has just about everything you'd need.

  • Eyeko

4/5/18

Not only is the mascara great (no flaking, not sticky, easy to remove but doesn't leave you looking like a raccoon halfway through the day) Eyeko has reinvented the wheel with their mascara tubes! Instead of a hard plastic tube, they use a squeeze tube (think toothpaste tube) and it's brilliant. When the mascara is running out, you can simply squeeze it up a bit to make sure you really get to use every last bit of it. Other brands really need to take notes on this.

  • Kokie Cosmetics

4/3/18

I absolutely love the Kokie Cosmetics lip products. Their "kissable" line is the perfect matte lipstick as it doesn't dry out your lips at all. They also make a really great lip primer to use prior to applying your color. If you haven't tried a lip primer, this is a great one to start with and it's only $7

  • Stila Cosmetics

3/15/18

I've been using Stila for years now and you cannot beat the quality. Crazy pigmented and lasts for hours on end, even in the heat of the summer. It's a little pricey but it lasts!

  • Buxom

4/5/18

What I love about Buxom is that their lip products are "plumping" but they don't leave your lips stinging or dry. They also have a really great color selection.

  • Sand and Sky

4/5/18

I wish I would remember to use the Sand & Sky clay mask more often because it really leaves my skin looking and feeling better than it typically does. I've tried a million clay masks and this one is definitely my favorite. Bonus: they're based in Australia but they offer free worldwide shipping.

  • Hikari Cosmetics

4/3/18

Hikari makes a Cream Pigment Shadow that works really well as an eyeliner. Very bold colors and while I'm not adventurous enough to use them all over my eyelid, they are perfect for eyeliner use.

  • Privai

4/3/18

Every singe Privai product that I've tried smells amazing. However, I think my favorite product is their Muscle Therapy lotion. It's like Icy Hot but classy ;) So great for gym/yoga/pilates recovery

  • SLMISSGLAM

4/3/18

As expensive as these brushes are, I hate to love them but they really are so much better than cheaper brands I've used. If you've never used a really high quality makeup brush, you must! Total game changer.

  • Skyn Iceland Inc

4/3/18

I've been using the Micellar Cleansing Water for about a month now and I don't think I'll ever go back to a traditional cleanser. I have oily skin and when most face washes strip too much of that oil away making my skin over produce the oil again. It's a vicious cycle =/ Thankfully, this cleans really well without leaving my skin feeling stripped. Love it!

  • Clark's Botanicals

4/3/18

I've been using Clark's Smoothing Marine Cream and it really has brightened up my skin. It's a bit expensive (50mL for $115) but a little really does go a long way. I love that the brand does not test on animals and is gluten, paraben & sulfate free.

  • Andalou Naturals

4/3/18

I'm obsessed with the Andalou 1000 Roses Soothing Body Lotion. It smells like heaven and leaves my skin ridiculously soft. Highly recommend this company!

  • SKIN & CO

4/3/18

I've had such a hard time with my oily skin and recently read that I'm going about skincare all wrong. Using oil to clean your face is not as counterproductive as it sounds. Instead of stripping away all the oil from my face I've found that using oil really works for me. Skin&Co's truffle thearapy cleansing oil is amazing. Completely removes all my makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. Not too expensive either!

  • Twila True

4/3/18

This oil has every good-for-your-skin oil packed into it and it makes a difference. Rice bran, avacado, grape seed, apricot kernal, sunflower and kukui nut oil are in there with a bit of rosemary essential oil. Really great, lightweight oil.

  • Dirty Little Secret (DLS)

4/3/18

I received a sample DLS product in one of my beauty box subscriptions and loved the quality. I purchased a full size eyeshadow crayon (Pure) and a matte lipstick (Ginger) and couldn't be happier. Quick shipping and the items were packaged well.

  • theBalm Cosmetics

3/15/18

I've always used an eyeshadow made by Stila (Kitten) as a highlighter but it's super sparkly and not always appropriate for daytime wear. I recently found The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer and it is so much more subtle. The packaging is also adorable, which never hurts ;)
