Almost 30 days shipping and beyond slow customer service to receive lip liners... customer service is robotic, not helpful, and argumentative. I had to threaten stopping the charge to receive a refund - will never under any circumstances shop here again nor recommend this to my worst enemy.
Do NOT buy from this company! Placed an order. Order confirmed. Order arbitrarily canceled. No one ever answers the customer service number - it just rings forever and then disconnects. Emails are not responded to. No wonder the brand is getting harder to find - obviously company is run by morons.
Buxom is an amazing brand that sells really good lip glosses. I got the buxom plumping lipgloss because I thought It would plump my lips a little more. It didn't really live up to its expectation It just made my lips smell very good.
What I love about Buxom is that their lip products are "plumping" but they don't leave your lips stinging or dry. They also have a really great color selection.
I ordered a swimisuit, and they cancelled my order and took my money without refunding me! Boycott them!
