Velvet by Graham & Spencer

Let me start by saying I love their styles. I spent a ton of money on several tees. Almost all of them had holes within weeks and I wash on gentle and hang to dry! Wrote to customer service twice with no response. Highly disappointing for the price tag. Buyer beware.

By far the best tshirts I've ever owned. If you don't want to spend $60+ on a shirt, they have some pretty great sales periodically but stock up because the sale items go quickly. However, these clothes last forever so try not to be too deterred by the price tag =)

I spend a lot of money online with Velvet by Graham and Spencer. I've Never had an issue until my last order. I placed the order on 3/16, received confirmation of the order and then NOTHING! I've sent 3 emails and tried calling multiple times. The 888- number goes to voicemail and it does not even say it is Velvet. I am so disappointed and will never order online again.

I purchased a $220 dress online and it did not fit so I returned it. The dress was probably out of the box for a total of 3 minutes. A few days later I received the dress back with a rejection due to pet hair. The dress had negligible amounts of hair, certainly not enough to warrant the rejection. Customer service said they cannot return it due to their customers being allergic to pet hair. I called the stores in California to ask if they allow dogs and one associate enthusiastically responded "dogs are encouraged!" Yet, they will not accept my return and refund me $220. Do not buy from them, it's the worst customer service and unacceptable.

I ordered 4 shirts and only received one. I immediately emailed customer service to find out what happened? Crickets. I've tried calling, nothing. Also, I'm still awaiting a refund from a return in July. Great product, but the customer service is awful. There are numerous great t-shirt companies out there, try them instead of Velvet.

My Favorite Tee - Velvet clothing is perfect for any occasion. The clothes are easy to wear, casual and chic. Prices are fairly reasonable (frequent sales at Macy's).

They refuse to give me a refund. My items is showing package awaiting shipping. Rosew have lied to me for 3 months. There is honor in this company. They took my $79.00. Rosew won't and will not give my refund

I made an online purchase on their Web and did return the item one day after receipt however you can not contact them by phone as the number on the Web is the one for the shop which is closed. Their returns are processed by a company called Alpi and therefore it is impossible to know when the return will be processed. They received my item which has a value above 200 pound and the only answer I had was an email for the customer service Stating that returns are processed within a 5 days time frame but it has been 6 days now and no sign of any return.
I will advise Anyone against any online shopping with Velvet. Better to wait until the shop are opens.
