I ordered a part for my truck, Was told you should have it week of the 12, when the 12 came got another email well now week of 17th oh but we have not shipped yet we will let you know. Poor shipping service. I have ordered from here before and been impressed by the speed, not this time. No email saying sorry but there is an issue or something.

Package says delivered but NO. Tried to email Customer service and get this reply, Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service. We apologize, but your email reply cannot be directed to the appropriate USPS team for response. Don't waist your time ordering from them. A week later and they have no idea where my order is or its status. I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered Loafers and when I spoke to customer service they said I ordered sneakers.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T

Ordered shoes have yet to see them, much less Nordstrom knowing what I ordered and where they are located.

Why would FedEx put on the delivery site all day say it's arriving by end of day. At 615 pm they change it to read delivery pending. No date nothing. Why not just be upfront with your customers? Why lie about delivery? Tell the truth up front.

I did not give 5 stars cause it took sometime for them to make contact with me after I emailed, texted and left voice mail. Once we made contact the only thing they asked if I could send a picture of the defective part. I did and a return/exchange was authorized and fast. Other than the delay in answering I found the service was good and the customer service person friendly. Thank you
