As we are preparing for my son's wedding, my daughter ordered the long Lace Cap Sleeve Bridesmaid dress in her size from Amazon. Since it was too tight, she ordered a larger size directly from the Ever Pretty company. They mailed her a dress that had a large stain on the chest, numerous holes in the fabric, and pulled threads in the back. The tag was attached to the dress, but the dress looked like had been used, returned, and resold by Ever Pretty. My daughter sent back the dress and was able to receive a refund. However she was very upset by this disrespectful experience. Ever Pretty is trying to scam customers by holding their money and mailing out damaged merchandise.

Tip for consumers:
Ever Pretty is unable to fulfill orders online. Also the merchandise does not offer true to size merchandise.

I purchased lamps from this company before and I have been very satisfied. Their price on the lamp I just ordered was also lower than elsewhere. The monthly payment option helped in this time of bad economy with high prices everywhere.

I was charged $17.53 on my American Express for order #**************212 placed by someone on Amazon.com. Amazon alerted me that the mystery purchase was shipped to "Alex" in Redwood, CA. No last name of the recipient and no complete address. I called repeatedly and was told that they could not see what the purchased item was because the order was already cancelled on April 13th since their fraud team has identified the charge as a fraudulent charge. The item was never shipped and it cannot not be tracked. However I have a permanent charge on my credit card. The Amazon rep on the phone said that my charge would be reversed within 3 to 5 days. I replaced my American Express card. Today is April 22nd and I still have not been reimbursed. In fact, I paid the charge to American Express. I called again Amazon today and I was told that they are investigating the fake charge, but cannot tell me when they will reimburse me although the order has been cancelled on the 13th.
I keep receiving from Amazon emails asking me to evaluate their representatives on the phone and asking me if the problem has been solved. I thought that Amazon was a reputable online company, but apparently they must have grown very large and have no control over their internal business process. I understand that fraudulent charges can happen. However, Amazon has no right to charge me for an order that they cancelled and never shipped. I will not purchase from Amazon again because their business is not transparent.

Poshmark advertises nice items that are no longer available on the market. I tried to buy several skirts by The Limited that are no longer available since The Limited stores closed. One skirt was cancelled after I placed my order. One skirt was shipped but was never delivered. I contacted Poshmark several times about my missing skirt. They replied that it was in transit although no estimated delivery date could be provided. Finally, the skirt was cancelled as it was lost. I did receive one skirt which was a gift for my daughter and I am grateful for that. However, I would not place another order with this company because they are not running their business efficiently.

I placed an order for a pair of earrings which was supposed to be an urgent gift. As I tried to track the shipment, I did notice that the tracking number was not working. However, they promised in writing a delivery date time frame. On the last day of the delivery period, my order had not been shipped. When I contacted Tradesy, they responded that it was the seller's fault. They wanted me to contact the seller to find out why I had not received my order. Then they said they would have refunded my money after 10 days although it had already been over 10 days. I still have not received my refund nor my order. This website does not seem honest. I will never order from them again also because now I have a gift problem to work out which I have very little time to do and which I thought was taken care of.
