Went to the Rack on Black Friday - the store was jammed but there were no lines at checkout - they had every cashier station staffed for quick check out. The inventory was awesome - selection fabulous - deals incredible! The Rack rules!

I ordered from Open Sky hoping to have discovered a new go to bargain high quality site. WRONG! My item took way too long to ship. Tracking information was inaccessible. Emails to the site went unacknowledged. I had to hunt down a customer service number on the internet. The customer service rep, once the line was answered, was rude but able to provide me with a status on my order. I decided to give them another try. I am now unable to get access to my tracking information and my item has yet to arrive. Stay away from Open Sky!
