While they may not make money from buyers (they may, but I don't know for sure) they do solicit agents to spend money on leads. They do in fact recommend or rank agents based on the space they buy on the site, so their suggestions are not based on any kind of merit. I did however, find an exceptional agent online. That is key. Find a REALTOR in your area and ask around, check yelp, check how many listings they have, check zillow and google them. This site is not a broker. Do not give them money. You can browse properties, or even get some sense of your home's value, but they are in no way a substitute for a real estate professional.

The deciding factor for me using Secret Weapon to help brand and market my company was the Marketing Director (and founder) Cali. I spent a lot of time asking her quesions, not just about how they could help my company, but about what made her company different from any other agency I could find on Google. I was completely impressed with her business philosophy. Her clients are businesses that the company believes is, and that they can stand behind in their values. That is a rarity in the world today. But, with that being said, I knew that if we worked together SW would be able to market the company because they actually stood behind us and believed in what we were doing. I was right. They are more than just a branding company, or a platform to increase your SEO or web traffic. They get behind you and help you develop your core message, your character and your identity. More importantly, since they are selective in who they work with, they really get to know you and as your client you know them (I don't even know a single person at the bank I entrust my money to). I do know the Secret Weapon team. Thank you to Cali, Reiss, Kaylie, Sdn and everyone who has impacted our unimaginable growth.

I've been an Ebates member since 2010 and back then I was getting a fair amount of cash back or gift cards for my purchases. Recently, however, after the change to Rakuten I lost all of my money. So, after 10 years of being with this company I have no balance, and no history. I had a bunch of money saved, to the point where I could go on ebates, and get a gift card to go birthday present or even Christmas shopping. Now, it's all gone. Not cool.

I've read a bunch of negative reviews and I've literally had the opposite experience. I use the app at Kroger, Walmart, Target, and on Amazon and have had good experiences, even when their are hiccups. Most recently my Kroger loyalty card was connected, after years of submitting receipts by photo. On 2 occasions the loyalty card didn't credit the account for 5 Almond Breeze Banana Flavored Milk at $1 per purchase and I simply clicked the dispute button and informed customer service. Within a day or 2 they emailed back and the credit was applied. The only issue, at least for me, is that a lot of the items on the app I don't purchase, but when I do, it's convenient. I also just cashed out and got an amazon gift card and had the code in my mailbox within minutes of cashing out. I've had all positive interactions with ibotta and would recommend them if you want to earn a little bit of cash on your regular shopping.

I, like many other users, signed up for a free trial with CC. Thinking I would have a week or 2 to figure out if the system was going to work for our company. I created our account and profile and within minutes of signing up I recieved a call from Andy and he wanted to chat about how I was going to use CC and how he could help. It turns out he couldn't help, until I signed up for a paid subscription. I do a lot of the social media and communications for our company, but I can not authorize purchases, so trying to sell me on anything was a waste of time. I would be more likely to sign up if the calls were about enhancing my user experience, or actually working with me to set up email campaigns. However, every morning Andy calls me to talk about the types of accounts I can purchase. It's a little more than frustrating. Other than that, the program itself is pretty self explanatory. The interface is good and pretty intuitive. Although I've yet to have an experience with customer service that doesn't revolve around selling a subscription, so I can't speak to how helpful technical support is because I'm always rerouted to sales (unless there is only one type of customer service that exists- sales).
