They sent a text about a $2.95 charge on my account... Not authorized by me Card destroyed... account closed New card / account handled...
Last x-mas they couldn't meet a deadline... 100% refund... still shipped the product...
I've never had a problem they couldn't resolve...
They get the job done... and give back to our favorite cause...
They won't pick up the phone... i hate this automated world...
