Recently I discovered as a veteran I could receive a 10 % discount
On Apple products. I thought this is great. I didn't know you have to provide your social security number to a 3rd. Party named "ID-ME". They offer options and the one I choose was going through USAA which I am registered with. I choose this option because it only required the last 4 digits of my SS number. I don't like this either but it is better than all 9 digits.
I entered all the required information but I was rejected with no detailed explanation as to why.
I contacted ID-ME via email because calling them is useless. After waiting on line I get a voice message stating they cannot accept any more calls and to use the email system.
The agent I emailed sent me information on how to use my veterans card but it was
What I tried already and didn't use because of the full SS number requirement.
I have a veterans identification card but using that still requires my full SS number.
If I go to home Depot, Lowes or ACE Hardware and all I have to do is present my veterans
ID card, which has my picture. I feel if Apple really wanted to give veterans a discount
All we should have to do is present our veterans ID at the Apple store to make a purchase.

On the day of x-ray's I handed in a written records request form.
I also requested a copy of the report be sent to my primary care doctor.
After 5 days I called and they said it was sent. Waiting another 3 days I called again
They claimed the information was sent out to both of us but another request would be sent. After waiting another 3 days I went down to the facility the x-ray's were taken and demanded a copy. While at the office I had the personal check the records and they claim the information was sent out to both me and my primary care doctor. Arriving home I contacted my primary doctor and they claim the fax was never sent. It's two weeks now and no copy is in the mail. The Simon Med I went to was at 1111 S. Dobson rd., in Mesa Arizona. If you need a copy of your report I suggest you locate another

I'm a senior that developed a high fever and cough on a Saturday morning.
I drove to the Banner Urgent care in Tempe, AZ ( 3141 S. McClintock dr.) and arrived at 8:10AM.
Hours of operation start at 8:00AM.
I entered the office and quickly a young lady( looked about 16) came from one of the
Rooms and ushered me our of the building. She stated she didn't know why the door was unlocked and didn't know when the provider would arrive. The policy is no-one can be in the office without a provider present. It was one of the rare cold days during an Arizona winter with the temperature around 39 degrees. It was too cold to wait outside especially with a high fever. So I went home. As I arrived home I remembered this happened once before about two years ago, apparently providers can come whenever it pleases them.
I should have been allowed to wait in the office until the provider arrived.

I purchased a product from Newchic 0m 9/12/18
And I'm sorry I did. It was overpriced plus shipping charges.
I assumed because I was paying a higher price I would receive the
Item within 5 days and with better service.
I still haven't received the item and when I went on line
To check the progress I learned it was shipped on the 9/13/18,
But that's all I could determine. I finally was able to navigate through
Their web site to have a live chat with an agent and she could
Not give me an estimated delivery date or any more information than
I could determine.
I believe this company is located in Hong Kong and the product manufactured in China. I will no longer purchase
Anything from them or any other Chinese products.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator model # RF220NCTASR from LOWES.
The temperature controller could only produce a temperature of 44 degrees at maximum setting. LOWES replaced it with another fridge. The second one came with a screw at the bottom partially sticking out which I managed to screw back in fully.
The two French Doors were misaligned. The space at the top had noticeably more separation than at the bottom. There is a an adjusting screw at the bottom of the right door which I was able to adjust to correct some of the spacing. I still needed to adjust the left door to bring the alignment to full correction, but the left door didnt have an adjusting screw. Through many phone calls I found the correct part number and contacted Samsung. I ordered the part but Samsung sent the incorrect part. I called a second time and once again they sent the wrong part. I dont understand how this can happen twice. Once the oder is placed I get an email from LOWES stating I will receive the part shortly. (Perhaps there is a communication error between LOWES and Samsung and the correct information isnt passed along. I dont know if LOWES orders the part once Samsung approves it or Samsung orders the part directly). I will try for a third time. So far it has been about 6 weeks (for one screw) now because each time it takes weeks before I receive the shipment. Getting the correct part has been quite a task. I recently tried for the third time and once again they sent the incorrect part and when you speak to the Samsung sales agent, here is so much chatter in the background it is is difficult to understand them. I received a call from LOWES and they said they put the request in for the part number I gave them ( she repeated the number I gave them) but for the forth time the incorrect part came in.

Two companies to beware of:
I purchased a product through EBAY from Hommee-fashion501
And decided to cancel within 10 to 15 minutes but the company refused
To cancel the order. Ebay said they would refund my money but I have not seen the refund yet or the product.
The second company is Canserin through Amazon. The product received is defective
And it took about 5 weeks to deliver, but the company wants me to send photos of the product and the package it came in before sending a replacement. And I would have to wait another 5 weeks.
I no longer have the option of sending pictures since uploading Safari on my Mac.
I contacted Amazon but all they can/will do is send an email to the company.
I believe both products are from China but Hommee-fashion501 has a California location. Not sure about Canserin's location.
I will no longer purchase anything from China or from either of these companies.

Recently I purchased a chess set from Toys-R US. It sold with a 10% discount.
When I arrived home I opened the package and couldn't believe what I saw.
The chess board was severely damaged with cracks and punctures through the board.
I immediately called the store I bought it from but the phone rang for approximately 25 times before switching to a busy signal. When I took a closer look at the sales receipt I noticed it read "all sales final". There was no sign stating this by the chess set nor did the sales lady tell me before I purchased the item. I called my credit card company and put a claim on the purchase.

Phoenix Woodworking from Cascade ID cannot be trusted to deliver on time. They also want 50% of money up front and the additional 50% before they ship out the product. I sent full payment but did not receive full shipment as written on the invoice. I e-mailed them several times and multiple phone calls requesting when I would receive the mirror but was not able to obtain contact with them until AMX withheld the money, approximately six weeks after they received the money. AMX's inquiry was not answered within six weeks. They didn't responded to AMX either until much later(I have not seen what the company responded with yet). After admitting the mistake was on their part they threaten legal action against me for contacting American Express and holding up the final payment unless I release the money prior to sending out the mirror, just like before. They appear to use stall tactics and threats and in my case what was supposed to be delivered in two weeks has now extended into five months and I still don't have the complete bedroom set. 1st. Excuse they were in litigation and Brian was delayed, 2nd excuse Heather (the sales lady) is on maternity leave, 3rd excuse Brian forgot to build mirror properly to attach to dresser 4th excuse the sales lady didn't know the mirror was ready to ship out for 6 weeks,(I don't believe this one) etc. In addition I had to repair three piece of the furniture. Be prepared to wait a long time and possibly make some repairs.

Even when apologizing they attack and insist on all their demands.

I would give this company zero stars if possible.

Update 03/06/2015:
Now Phoenix Woodworking is trying to convince AMX to release the final 50% ($1237. 50) of full payment by refunding $150 to my account against my wishes as opposed to sending me the mirror. By doing this they hope to convince AMX the order is complete. I replied to an E-mail from them the same day I received it "not acceptable"but against my wishes they posted the $150 to my account. I want the mirror as promised and shown in my invoice. The only reason I purchased from them is because they said hey could provide the mirror to match the bedroom set. This refund is a ploy to deceive AMX once agin as they did once before with their false charge back statement indicating the order was shipped. This is not the case because the order did not include the attached mirror to the dresser as indicated on my invoice. I wish I could charge this company with fraud.
