“Refused to treat patient”

I'm a senior that developed a high fever and cough on a Saturday morning. I drove to the Banner Urgent care in Tempe, AZ ( 3141 S. McClintock dr.) and arrived at 8:10AM. Hours of operation start at 8:00AM. I entered the office and quickly a young lady( looked about 16) came from one of the Rooms and ushered me our of the building. She stated she didn't know why the door was unlocked and didn't know when the provider would arrive. The policy is no-one can be in the office without a provider present. It was one of the rare cold days during an Arizona winter with the temperature around 39 degrees. It was too cold to wait outside especially with a high fever. So I went home. As I arrived home I remembered this happened once before about two years ago, apparently providers can come whenever it pleases them. I should have been allowed to wait in the office until the provider arrived.
