Seems like a high end store for low prices but sometimes i think it might be as caldor.

When walmart doesnt have something target does both have low prices but depends on the brands always compare the prices to each other before shopping

Not enough clothes for mens/boys seems like its more for woman/girls then for men anyways go shop at other stores

Unless is an open box you can only get it for a low price... and or you have to wait for a holliday to get best deal there return policy is a joke if you return 4-5 items in a year you get banned with not returning anything for 90 days
