Placed an order online, and have an account with NT, there is no place to add a PO# when checking out. I contacting them afterward to see if I can add a PO# to my order, so when it arrives, our receiving department knows where the order goes and who it goes to. I was told if I added a PO# then i would have to call back and pay for the material a second time, as the PO# would wipe out the payment info. just ridiculous. never heard of a software that doesnt ask for a PO# from the customer. Especially in a business to business environment. will have to spend 30 minutes this morning to pace a $200 order

Ordered some tile adhesive online, smooth transaction at first until they hit you with freight charges after you already paid (every site I order from knows the shipping charge up front) so they email you and tell you they wont ship until you pay an additional fee. So you login and pay the freight. That was 15 days ago. I have been calling for 3 days now to get a tracking update on the shipment. No one will give me an answer. Spoke to two people and emailed 3. everyone is deflecting the blame on the west coast and the shipper and anything esle they can throw in. Still no answer and no I cannot reach anyone. Going to have to dispute the credit card charges, give them negative reviews on all the major sites and buy the product elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!

This is truly a wonderful jeweler and website. This business is owned and managed entirely by woman. I purchased a rock from them as I am getting engaged over the holidays to my wonderful girlfriend. Their website is done very nicely and their customer service is outstanding. If you are in the New York Area, and looking for a rock or high end jewelry I highly recommend devotions diamonds

Stay away and do not give them an info. They pull you in with some teaser info, like they listed my sister as a relative and her new last married name. So I was duped into going deeper, thankfully I did not give them my CC info. Do not use them, its a scam like everyone says below!

It a gimmick from the get go. They say its free and you cannot communicate with anyone. I get emails from then saying so and so wants to meet you. You go on and there is no way to connect with them. You have to upgrade and pay to talk to anyone. Plus after reading all the negative reviews on here, I would recommend to stay away from POF

This is not a business in the retail sense, but a resource for people with mood disorders. It is a support group forum and great place to get help.

Ironton Hose reel cart arrived with box totally mutilated, with parts missing and some damaged. ...
