Firstly, i avoid buying from other people on here unless i have built a relationship with them because i have been scammed too many times and listia's dispute team does pretty much nothing. Therefore, i only used the site to sell and transferred my points into cash money. I was selling brand new items i was unable to sell in my amazon store so it's not like i was selling junk. I was selling about 5-10 items weekly with a 100% rating.
Lastly, now it has changed to some form of cryptocurrency no one uses or accepts off of listia. Therefore, if i can't use this new currency off the site it's pointless for me to keep selling.
Very disappointed, i feel like i have no choice but to leave.
Worst company i've ever dealt with. I signed a contract with them because they sold me on the fact that i'd be getting the channels i wanted, then they drop a large amount of those channels and still expect me(the customer) to still pay the same amount. Make sense? Not to me. The customer service was awful, they all sounded like they were reading from a script. Don't support a company like this by giving them your hard earned money.
And if you complain on their Facebook page they delete your post most of the time without a response, i thought this was america, where we have freedom of speech?
I received an item that had a stain on it and then to make matters worse when i returned the item(out of my pocket) they tried to charge me for using their shipping label, which i did not use. When i called it took over an hour and 3 different people to refund me the shipping and they wanted my tracking info, which luckily i still had. This was my first time ordering from them but i really feel disrespected as a customer and will not be ordering again. Plus they're sales associates were very rude on the phone, not empathetic at all to my situation.
I have had at&t for about ten years on and off and they're customer service is amazing. They go over and above to satisfy customers. I switched to t-mobile for a year or two only because they offered a phone i wanted and i really regretted leaving at&t. There is no one like them.
Amazing deals, sales associates are always very helpful no matter which location i go to. Returns are easy. 5 stars all the way!
I shop here like once a week, the customer service is great, returns are easy, the only reason i did not give 5 stars is because i feel the quality of their items have become very poor. And also the sizing of their items are always different which makes it difficult to shop online.
They try to add hidden fees on your bill and the call center has terrible customer service. I was told id be given my money back by an associate but it would take a week then that never happened so i called back and was told they had no knowledge of that call or agreement but they would send me a gift card for the inconvenience then i never received that gift card so i called and they also had no record of that or that agreement. All of it was just a waste of my time.
