They started out as a limited time brand discounter but evolved into an order consolidator with lots of low quality merchandise from numerous Chinese retailers and QVC rejects, with some recognized brand offerings from time to time (which you usually can find for the same or close to same price on Amazon). Their shipping times (often a month or more) are ridiculous and their return policy is onerous. They suddenly cancelled items twice when I inquired about their status after waiting 3 weeks. They apologized and gave me $10 credit. Obviously hoping I'd be gullible enough to order from them again.
I purchased two items in April, returned one because of quality. Return was at my expense. Kept the other item but didn't wear it until May. First time I wore it, it pilled up and is now unwearable. Not cheap either; almost $40! Unlikely I'll purchase from Zulily again because I can't trust quality, and returns are at customer expense.

I ordered a comforter on June 23, it just shipped on July 11. I have called and messaged them. Their response was " there is nothing we can do until it's been 19 days". I couldn't cancel or get a refund until the 19th day hit. It shipped on the 18th day. This was for a birthday that had already passed and I bought another gift for. This will be my last zullily order.
Anytime you order it takes a month just to prepare an order. I placed an order over a month ago. Two days later it says "preparing order for shipping"... two weeks later "preparing order for shipping"... a month later it's the same. They refuse to cancel and refund the order. They have offered me a lot of credits that I will never use bc I will never order from them again.
I ordered a comfortet set and the package was incomplete. They demanded that I return the set but then refused to issue a refund to my account. I will never buy anything else from them again.
All three pairs are very poor quality and each shoe came in a plastic bag along with other items in another plastic bag and the bags were torn. Shoes are all flat with creases. The shoes are not made of leather material. Stitching is showing and material is cut poorly on the red shoes. Toe strap is loose.
When I walk in the brown and white shoes they will not stay on my feet. The straps are too loose. Both have creases. Again, I show the picture of the shoes on line and then as I received them.
I've purchased quite a few items from Zulily. It's my opinion to only order trusted name brand items. Anything else can't be trusted. Either quality is poor or sizing is for elves! Shipping is absolutely atrocious so don't be in a hurry to receive your item(s). Expect 3-4 weeks. Frustrating!
I mailed my purchases back on the 8th of this month and still No refund! I'm beginning to think they try to delay the refund.
I ordered two outdoor storage cabinets. I received the confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. When I went back to check the status a few days later to see if they had shipped it, it said my order was CANCELLED. I checked my credit card account and it showed a charge for one of the units. I called Zulilly and pressed the #2 option to "check the status of an order". After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, they disconnected my call. When I called again, I pressed #1 to "place an order". When the woman came on and I asked her why my status showed cancelled, she said it because the vendor cancelled it due to lack of inventory. I told her there was a charge to my credit card and she said that it was a "hold" and that my card had not actually been charged and that it will be removed within the next few days. That's BS. The amount showed up on my card as a debit. I never received a call, a text, or an email stating that the items order had been changed or cancelled, so I've been sitting here waiting for the delivery of something that wasn't coming. This is my first and last experience with Zulilly. So disappointed...

Now it gets really interesting... I checked my bank account again, and the "hold" was removed. Two days later I opened my front door and ONE of the units was sitting on my front doorstep. Two days later, my husband opened up the garage door and another unit was INSIDE the garage with the door closed. The only way I can imagine that they got the completely trashed box into our garage was that the door was opened, and after they put it in there, they closed the door!?!?!? Anyway, all of the pieces were there, we got charged for both units, and we have put them together and are glad we ended up with them! It all came together in the end, but the customer service is completely unreliable to me...
I have been waiting over a month for my order so far. Have received 3 notices within a week that it has shipped but no tracking information is available. It doesn't take this long from some of the other overseas companies. Probably won't order from them again.
I ordered shoes, tops and a "throw" that would not cover a child's doll. All of the merchandise was bad and I have to pay to return and a store credit for more poor quality to bad merchandise!
I enjoyed looking through the app for some window shopping but when I finally came to buying items, I was very disappointed. Items from brand names like joules and Roxy were great products but other products from brands I didn't know were horribly disappointing. I ordered a romper which was 40.99$ and an eyelet tank top among other items. The other items were still not delivered after 3 weeks of wait so I cancelled them. The romper and tank arrived at that time but the material for both was so cheap. It was horribly overpriced, the wrong size than specified and just greed by the company. I'm never ordering from them again.
I love the things I get from Zulily for the most part, I have received things I had to get rid of. The worst part of Zulily is the shipping, no other place besides Shop LC that takes as long as they do the ship things. I don't understand why things take so long as most stores have things to me within a weeks time not a month. I don't think the buys are that good. I've had orders cx on me. Just don't understand.
I ordered two items and when checking the website the order said that it had shipped. The problem was that it claimed to be shipped and on it's way for weeks. I chatted with customer service and was told that it was indeed on it's way and would arrive soon. Nothing. So I chatted again with customer service and was told that it was delivered. I said, no, it hadn't been. I asked where and who "delivered" the item. The rep came back and said that she refunded my money. Of course, that is not what I wanted - I wanted the item. She claimed that USPS delivered it and gave me the tracking number. Following that number, I checked USPS tracking. It says it has no information. The rep instantly refunded my money so I assume she knew something that I didn't. Bottom line is that after chatting with "customer service" I was not treated as the valuable customer that I am and pretty much was dismissed. At the end of the conversation she said, "the item is currently out of stock and you will get an email when it's back in stock. Very unsatisfactory and I will no longer do business with Zulily.
I ordered two pair of shoes in different colors. When I ordered them the site said I have 14 days to return that particular product. When I went to return one within the window, it said that the item was not returnable and the website had changed. I know that was not what I said when I ordered because I had never ordered from zulily before, was skeptical, and asked my friend to look and make sure things are returnable. I guess that will be my first and last order.
My account was hacked, I called Zulily as well as credit card provider and took all the steps to make sure I was not charged for their negligence and my account was cleared. I was reassured that I don't have to worry about this incident and they made all the notes necessery. Yesterday I received an email from collection agency stating that I owe Zulily and they are collecting on their behalf. Of course I disputed it and now I'm back to trying to clear my name again. Called Zulily back this morning and manager was as arrogant as it can be. No knolwige of her business what's so ever and she was asking to make payments on my account even though it says charges were not mine.
The rug is not described as shinny with a high sheen that makes it look plastic. Nor do they mention how uncomfortable it is on your feet. It is an outdoor rug. Nowhere did it say it was non returnable! If I had bought it on Amazon -it was returnable. Amazon will always say if something is non refundable and are good about return credit. I tried Zulilly because I thought they were reputable! I called to return the rug the same day it arrived and the customer service person told me it shouldn't be a problem, what to do and that she would have return specialist dept contact me by email. They asked for pictures and I sent 4. The rug looks stupid outdoors with a high shine. It's a cheap looking rug in person! After sending what they asked for they emailed me back -sorry can't return it! Bad company that has to cheat people and not give accurate information for the customer to order. Worst company I have ever felt with. No one give a phone number either -all emails-I can see why!

Shame on me for not reading their NO REFUND policy on clothes-even if you return them. Luckily since they have the LONGEST shipping time ever heard of in online sales of 14-24 days, I was able to cancel and get a full refund on several items that had not shipped. First of all the clothes are from China or some other country because size Large appeared to be more like a small here in our US sizes. Had I noticed the 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, I would have just skipped placing an order. My order pended for 12 days before it shipped with several items that obviously were being shipped in from outside the USA and were even more delayed for several weeks more. They send the wrong size and I was able to get a refund on one item due to their mistake then I received items that were two sizes in fit smaller than what normal USA sizes are and was unable to get a refund after returning. They gave me a credit only which I ended up spending on home decor instead- that I did NOT want or need. Who gives a credit for a return in 2023 and when competing with other online retail companies. I will NEVER purchase from this joke of a company again. Worst customer service and terrible shopping experience.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
