I had to file a complaint with the BBB over the company Zozi! Do not buy facebook deals by Zozi or use the Zozi vouchers from their website. I bought 4 deals from them and they said I will get a refund because the vender/merchant did not honor the vouchers. After 2 weeks no refund! All I got was a sorry and $20.00 Zozi credits. Please do not use them or you will get scammed like I did out of $100.00

I was concerned that my order would take a couple days to leave their facility and 7-10 days to ship (as it says to allow for)... but my order shipped in under 24 hours! It shipped Tuesday night and I had it by noon on Saturday.

The product is made by Under Armor and "MSRP" was $140, and while I found it other places for $120 and $110 (in limited sizes), ZOZI had it for $90.

When I placed my order I was concerned I would not get the product in time for my trip, so I emailed the customer service after placing the order... they pretty much assured me I would get it in time

Good customer service! Good product!

I purchased a gift card for a NASCAR ride along for my husbands birthday! I had much difficulty redemming the voucher, and asked ZOZI for help. After much frustration, and time, they resolved the issue and we were able to utilize the gift. Marika Tabilio was our go to person, very tenacious, kind and helped beyond measure. We will definitely use ZOZI again!

I was looking for some place where I could take my daughter for her 23rd BDay, I typed in horse back riding & up came Zozi not only was it horse back riding But on the Beach how kool is that?
So I replied to this site Zozi & to my surprise got an answer back within the hour. Heck It was so fast & easy we have reservations on for Sunday, when I only found Zozi on Thursday.
Now tell me is that fast or what? Considering all the people.
I just thought it was Truly a Blessing.
I will for sure tell more on Sunday when we get back.

A friend stumbled upon ZOZI while researching discounts for the Dallas Spartan Sprint obstacle race. The late registration was $90, so when we came across ZOZI's link to register for $35 we were HAPPY! I however am VERY wary of online "deals", so I hit the "CONTACT US" link and sent an email asking "How does this work?". I was pleasantly surprised when Alexandra emailed back within the hour, explaining exactly what I would need to do. With a little more confidence, I hit the PURCHASE button and proceeded to follow the simple instructions provided by Alexandra. I registered for my FIRST Spartan race for a fraction of the price with the help of ZOZI! I then felt the sudden need to shout it from the rooftops, and 11 of my teammates registered for the race using ZOZI too! From now on, if there is anything I need, I will look to see if ZOZI has an offer. I will never hesitate to use them, and neither should you.

I recently ordered a multitude of timbuk2 bags and some clothing for christmas presents from zozi. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective and friendly they were. I neglected to enter my discount code at the end of my order and had to email customer support for assistance. The customer service rep emailed me within hours and applied the discount code for me. While the efficiency was more than anticipated, I was inspired by the warmth that was conveyed with the attached message... GOOD COMPANY GREAT SERVICE.

THEY ARE THIEVES

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We use ZOZI for reservation booking for our business. The old system we used was bought out by ZOZI and we were forced into switching to them. In addition to them jacking up the price (from $40/month to $300/month), they also managed to screw up most of our reservations that they transferred over. On top of that it has been over a week using their services and they should have disbursed several thousand dollars to our account so far and we have gotten nothing. After sending several emails since last Friday, I finally called them on Monday afternoon and was told they wouldn't fund us until after the events actually took place and that was stated in my contract. You better bet I read that contract top to bottom and it DOES NOT state that. In fact, it states disbursements should be within 2 days. Now I am waiting for call back from someone, but it doesn't seem like it is going to happen anytime soon - they have my money AND my customer's money, why would they bother calling back?!

Kiss your money goodbye. I booked a trip through this site and when I contacted the vendor who was running the trip I found out that the accommodations were far inferior to what was advertised. They claimed there was some misunderstanding and offered an upgrade for another $500. They also claimed that the first night of hotel would be extra even though it was clearly stated that it was included. I ultimately decided to cancel as I didn't feel safe halfway around the world with some unknown company.
I contacted Zozi and at first they said they couldn't give a refund but would credit my account. A week later after hearing nothing I contacted them again. This time they said they couldn't refund or credit my account and I should contact the vendor to try to get my money back. I contacted the vendor and they basically told be to f#$% off, as I would expect from a shady third world company.
So now I'm out almost $4,000. So much for the "100% money back guarantee"!
Also I found that booking directly with the vendor would have cost me the same as the Zozi "50%" off deal. Make sure you check their supposed "deals" against the normal price you would pay booking directly.
Any one else interested in a class action lawsuit around misleading advertising?

Before this purchase I had never bought anything from ZOZI on their website, but was immediately impressed by the brands that they have and the prices!

I decided to go with a yoga mat, a Camelbak water bottle, and some new socks (both for me and my husband). Unfortunately, after purchasing the men's socks I received an email the next day saying that they were out of stock, and that I would be getting a refund. Not a problem... the refund came quickly so that was nice.

I received the yoga mat separately from the rest of the purchase. I have to say, it is really nice and was decently priced.

I have yet to receive the women's socks or the water bottle. I had a small issue with the delivery of these items. I'm won't place blame on ZOZI, but instead the carrier. Apparently, it was 'delivered' but I never received it. I sent an email off to ZOZI's customer service line, and received a response within 24 hours. The problem was easily solved, and I really appreciate that.

I'm looking forward to receiving my shipment, and will definitely do more business with them again.

I recently purchased sunglasses from ZOZI and at first the purchase wasn't going though, so I tried something else and it went through fine, but it wasn't the glasses that I wanted. I called the following morning and Alexandra answered and canceled that order and made it very easy to correct my order in a timely fashion.

Purchased an 8 day Adventure trip to Morocco in February. It was such a great deal and it was a birthday present to myself for the year. I tried to get girlfriends to sign up as well but by May no one had purchased it and it was no longer on the website. I really didn't want to take this trip alone. Muslim country someone to share the memories with. So I contacted customer service about my options if I didn't go could I apply the amount toward another trip, refund? What were my options. I couldn't get a refund, could apply the amount toward something else or why not go alone and you have until the end of the year to use it. Luckily a girlfriend wanting an adventure as well decided to go. She contacted the tour company directly and they gave her the same deal for the trip that Zozi advertised. We ended up having an amazing trip. Adventure doesn't even begin to describe it. New Country, new culture, food, eight days on and off a bus, camping in the desert, beach towns. Amazing!
Foreign travel rewires your brain. Zozi offered a great discount and the tour company out of London and Turkey actual have even better deals off season in November and December. It's a great way to travel the world.

I was kind of procrastinating the planning of a trip to Morocco with my GF when I saw a great deal on Zozi for a 8 day tour. As a result of not having my flight plans or anything finalized yet, I book marked this deal for the future after I get some other dates in order.

By the time I figured out the ballpark dates I wanted to travel on, I went to go buy this deal on Zozi. However, much to my horror, the deal expired before I was able to purchase it. Frustrated after doing the planning and having my sights set on a Morocco vacation I sought out help.

I chatted with the friendliest CSR named Adrian who brought the deal live again at my request for purchase. After my purchase, I had noticed I accidentally used the wrong CC. I almost didn't ask because I didn't think they would let me swap cards to make the purchase, but I asked regardless to test out my luck. Much to my surprise they let me make a refund and repurchase it again! (Which required them to make the deal live again) This completely blew me away that they went out of their way to help me out despite the huge hassle entailed.

Anyway, I had a great experience with Zozi's customer experience. If the Morocco trip is as good as their Customer Service I'd be elated.

Same as the others. Bought an Intro to Polo Clinic - $113 Then whenever I called to make a reservation. Voicemail was full & couldn't leave a message or when I did leave one. No response. So lame. Total scam. Unless I get my money back ASAP I will repeat my story & urge every person reading it that DO NOT BUY FROM ZOZI.COM BECAUSE IT'S A RIP-OFF SCAM!

I signed up for a Zozi contest and they sold my email address to at least five other companies, and the emails keep coming. I know it was zozi because I use a different email address for each thing that I sign up for, and all of these other companies, which I have never heard of, are emailing me at zozi@****. Org. I already unsubscribed from zozi's emails, but clearly they still have my email address on file and are selling. DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The only time that we share email addresses is if we're running a sponsored campaign, such as Go Beyonder. It sounds like you may have entered that recently.

My self sonu rawal. I purchased two polo t shirts from this site, but when i got the delivery, saw the t -shirts, both are very cheap quality. I think they are a very low qualirty shirts than a local t shirts. So i suggest to every one plz don't purcahse any clothing item from this site.

I bought a river rafting ticket couple years ago and never really got back to this site since then but I have been getting their offers in email most of the time. I noticed their gears are at the discounted. Every time I bought gears, I always check if their price is cheaper which I found the timbuk2 bag was a lot cheaper here. Made an order and paid for the shipping. However, I realized I should just buy some cheap gears to get the free shipping (>$75). However, their site is not built to handle this really well so I have to contact the customer service. I found the service top-notch and super responsive. Marika who helped me out gave me the best solution after her first suggestion, she asked me to cancel the order and re-oder it again with additional stuff to get the free shipping. That was not what I want since I need the backpack for this memorial day long weekend. Instead, she gave me shipping credit back and speed up my shipping which I just received it now. Thanks Marika. My weekend is saved :D. ... (definitely nice weather in bay area also). That's definitely great service and price also.
Now I have another site with amazing customer support other than Amazon... I have been loyal to Amazon for over 10 years because of their Amaz-o-ing service but Zozi has a product with a better price :D. ...
