Awesome customer service. I called in my order and the woman on the phone was pleasant and funny. I was leaving for a trip and was concerned with getting my package on time. She said she would check on which warehouse it would be coming from and get back to me the next day. As it turned out, she gave me a free upgrade to make sure I was good! Thanks again!
The 100% satisfaction guarantee is a fraud. I emailed them and never received any response. The deal they had was to make a pendant and they showed a totally different photo than what was made in class. Very unhappy I wasted my time and money.
I had first an annoying experience with Zozi and then a wonderful one. Two of my purchases expired without my knowing. When I called costumer service they just advised me to contact the seller, which is a annoying. I then posted a very negative comment on here and a few days later an other costumer service rep emailed me and offered me to give me credit for that expired "adventures'". Rebekah was so nice and she really apologized and got me back as a costumer :)

Great customer service! In time for my upcoming hiking trip, Zozi (upon my request) shipped my gear earlier than what I had originally asked/paid for! Who else does that?! I will return for future purchases!

Wow this site sucks. Never buy anything form here. I bought a messenger bag on sale here, and the order went through, no problem. I got an email saying i should receive the bag in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later, I hadn't received anything, so I had to be the one to call them to see what happened. A day later, they finally figure out that they sold out of the bag and they'll just refund me. So... it pretty much took them 2 weeks for a customer to have to point out to them that they screwed up on their own inventory.

I bought some voucher from Zozi. They posted that their voucher was 100% guarantee a full refund. I could not redeem the vouchers because their vendor did not want to redeem them. Zozo never refunded my money instead gave me their zozi credits to buy other things from their website. Such a low life business. I did not have this kind of problem with other sites such as livingsocial etc

I've ordered a number of things through Zozi and never had a problem. The only "issue" that Ive had arose from the merchant doing some math wrong, it was quickly sorted out. I can not attest to their shipping, but I can say Ive told all the merchants where I was referred from and they never had anything negative to say. I believe the merchants set their prices and discounts, sometimes they regret giving such a good deal and that is the reason for poor customer service, but that is not anyones fault but the merchant whom offered good too cheaply.
As with any discount or deal, be sure to read the fine print and you will avoid some of the issues listed below. Which to me seem like user error if anything.

I had a bad experience with a merchant when I tried to schedule a trail ride. I tried to contact the merchant numerous times but to no avail. Zozi jumped right on it and within 24 hours they had refunded my money. Good Job Zozi!

I wanted to complete a new purchase (in exchange for one I sent back) and their customer service was able to immediately respond to my query, I did not waste time to complete the purchase. A follow-up email and request of feedback demonstrated confidence and personalized customer service. This is a pretty new site. It's similar to Groupon but its mainly for adventure and travel. I'm always looking for something new to do outdoors so this will help minimize the amount of searching I do.
I recently made a purchase from Zozi and two days later there was a holiday promotion for 25% off. I sent an email inquiry and within 24 hours received a reply - no hassle, no haggle - that the price adjustment would be made to my credit card. Impressed by the fast and easy response, and the fact that they honored the promotion even though I'd already made the purchase.
Had a great experience with Zozi customer service - ordered snow shoes for an upcoming trip, realized I'd requested too slow of a delivery schedule for them to arrive before it was time to leave for the trip, called their rep... who cheerfully went ahead and put the shoes on a rush delivery for me. Much appreciated that I'll have them in time for the trip (it was the whole reason I bought them). Not to mention it was my first time using Zozi because it so happened that Zozi had the lowest price for the shoes in the first place... thanks again Zozi, very much!
I thankfully stumbled upon Zozi after missing my chance to buy a pair of hiking boots in my size from REI. Zozi not only had the size and color I wanted in the boots, but they also had a better price! Not wanting to miss this great opportunity, I bought the boots on the spot. A couple days later Zozi had a Cyber Monday sale on all gear and after inquiring about the sale, Zozi customer service credited my card the difference.
I look forward to utilizing Zozi for my outdoor needs in the future!
I'd say be careful with this site. I order whale watching tickets for a friend's birthday. They gave me the supposed timeline for migration of the whales. When the time came, I called to reserve our spot and the Captain of the boat told me they haven't worked with ZOZI in over 2-3 years. Furthermore, their boat was being maintenance for the last 3 months. They wouldn't be sailing anytime soon.
So I called for y refund. Got the run around. I keep calling and I got ignored. It's only $50... I mean come on.
Again, I'm very skeptical about this website. At least to my experience, this website is pretty awful. Be careful.

Possibly my fault- I bought a eco tour adventure for my daughter and I, never realizing that it was only good for the next two weeks. OK, my bad. Trying to get a refund now is such a hassle. Called and emailed with specifics and get back generic replies of "we are looking into your request". Haven't been able to get onto the customer service part of the site to even complain. They did send a "how did we do email and when I replied" poorly. Suddenly my complaint and their response showed up. The site is a hassle.And BTW. I just bought a snorkeling "deal" for $50 per person off zozi and then went to the snorkeling company's site and the regular price on the site is $50 per person. It's a scam and I won't be using the site anymore.

I purchased a deal on Zozi in 2012 and am finally getting around to using it. I had some trouble getting the folks at the resort to respond to my inquiries, so I contacted Zozi for some assistance. Alexandra was on the case! Within one day the situation was resolved and someone responded to my inquiries. I used both phone and email correspondence and each time I was answered immediately. Best customer service ever. I will definitely use the folks at Zozi again.
I ordered a jacket from this site, but I received the wrong color. I emailed customer support and they went above and beyond to figure out what happened. They checked the stock in the warehouse, and sent me pictures of the colors they did have in stock. We sorted the issue out really quickly, and even though I returned the jacket, I would defintely order from them again. Best customer service I've had in quite some time.
