I ordered a shoe and it was the wrong size. Customer service bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure I was happy. I will be using this company again for sure. I got a fantastic deal on some expensive Patagonia shoes too.
Zozi customer service immediately exceeded my expectations. A live person, Marika, answered promptly. I didn't have to deal with a phone menu to get to her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. I knew I could call them again if I had additional questions and get the same great attention. And I did!
I just booked a trip to Nepal through Zozi. I'm really pumped. I think I've booked something smaller in the past with them, but honestly I can't remember... Either way, I always have great interactions with their community managers whenever I have a question. They even send funny and timely gifs too. Seems like a very human company, and they offered a great price on the trip!
What can I say? The folks at Zozi were quite welcoming and accommodating to my wife and I during our time of need. The wife and I recently welcomed a new addition to our family. Needless to say, the birth resulted in an abrupt change in travel plans. Undaunted, we called the staff at Zozi.
Alexandra, the contact person, was responsive to our needs and allowed us to reschedule the trip for a later date. The request was handled in a prompt and professional manner and allayed our fears. Thanks much, Zozi and kind regards. Job well done!

This site is great. They don't have every product under the sun - but they seem to spend time and stock stuff that really works.
And they have great sales.
I was actually won over by the customer service. I ordered a helmet that ended up being too small. I called and spoke to a REAL person. I was able to get a new helmet and they even helped me out with the price of the new helmet as it was higher than the one I originally purchased.
Follow-up emails form customer service were timely and helpful.
Yes, they send emails with product info on a regular basis - but they have an opt-out button. If you don't want the emails - just click it.

The customer service was outstanding; i did something rather ditsy with my order, and through the course of 8 or 10 e mails, over several days, the zozi rep tracked down my item, as it had been sold out. I'm a major on line shopper, and this goes above and beyond any other company i've dealt with. Yay zozi customer service! A+
Bought 3 vouchers in the past 3 months and had absolutely no problems using them or any issues with the experiences. It's unfortunate that people always take the time to complain but never to applaud great service. I will definitely be using ZOZI again and plan on buying one of their awesome getaways this week! I've purchased deals from a variety of sites but Zozi has by far the best customer service. They are prompt, attentive, and fixed my problem within a matter of minutes. I will definately purcahse from them again.
Zozi has great gear deals. I bought a ski helmet for my daughter at a super price with quick delivery. I erred and ordered the wrong size, but the return process was so easy! (Just repackage and slap the provided return label over original label and drop off with FedEx)
Plus, Adrian is the best customer service representative I've dealt with in the past 10 years (or ever!). She offered to contact the distribution center personally to ensure the size and style I needed was available. When it turned out that my daughter's size was not available - she refunded my account promptly and even gave me a Zozi credit for a future purchase!

I purchased a registration for an upcoming event. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled. ZOZI Customer Loyalty sent an email notifying me of the cancellation and issued a refund back to my credit card. I responded to the cancellation notification and within minutes received a nice, personal response from Alexandra. Thank you ZOZI for offering such a wide range of activities, adventures and goods. I am all set to go for my next adventure.
I read about a vacation package for 395 dolllars for an eight day trip to a resort, many resorts were listed, but it sounded too good to be true, so I looked up zozi reviews and found this page, decided to call the hotels to double check they would take the zozi offer, I've only called one resort so far, but they had not even heard of zozi? How do I know the hotel made a deal with this website if their front desk was not informed of this deal? Will call more hotels… but seems fishy.
I have enjoyed prompt, caring service from Zozi- whether for piloting lessons in the $100s of dollars or for those activities under $100. Recently, my coupon was about to expire and had problems reaching the activity location by phone. Kristen at Zozi quickly investigated, cleared up the phone problem and then quickly refunded my money due to a discrepancy in the details of what was offered. I purchase from Zozi with confidence, knowing that if a problem arises, they will honor their policy and help me resolve my issues.
Had to replace sun glasses for a buddy of mine since my dog so nucely chewed up his. He found the best website and price for me to help purchase them for him. I have a great purchasing experience and even better experience being informed of an issue that they actually resolved. It's great knowing there's an honest company out there to inform you when they have an issue and resolve it promptly. The issue was probably not their issue as payment was taken twice but with the quick response they had it resolved right away.
I've purchased some gear from Zozi and have been very happy with the service. Any site can sell merchandise, but few are responsive on the back end. They're shipping and return policy is very generous and the reps are happy to help in any way they can. Finally, their prices are great.
Zozi had some amazing sales this past week, and I bought a ton of clothing - running, fitness and casual clothes. The sales were part of Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the prices and items were phenomenal! Moreover, when I had customer service questions, I received prompt and exemplary help. This is a company I want to give my business to! My only criticism is the website is a little slow and should be upgraded. But, if they make the website work faster, I may buy everything they have next time they have a sale.
I have used Zozi several times now. I have to say there are no hidden fees when you buy the vouchers for other events. It is very clear and easy to understand which is wonderful because I have had horrible experiences with sites like Living Social.
I received a coupon and did not see it until after I put a purchase through. I sent an email to see if I could cancel and adjust my order and I had a response within a couple of minutes. They made it so easy for me to receive my credit, I didn't have to cancel - wait for a refund and then put another order in. They gave me a credit and free shipping on my account and I placed a second order and it did not cost me a dime more then if I had done it in one purchase.
I also had questions on products and not only did they respond but sent me the link to the actual item I was looking for.

I would not say that this is a bad site to order from, rather, they are kind of like gambling. I have made 3 orders with them, and 2 have been picked incorrectly, resulting in returns. I ordered a pair of shoes, size 12. They sent a size 11. I did a return, and ordered a new pair... size 12. They delivered another pair... size 11. So, I have $218 tied up in 2 wrong sized pair of shoes. On the second order also included a shirt that was delivered in the wrong size, and wrong graphic... another return. In this age of online shopping, you have to be FAR better than this. Seriously, picking a size of shoe is not that difficult the first time, let alone 2 times in a row. I would not recommend this site, and will go to the local brick and mortar store, pay more for the shoes, but get the right size. That is, once ZOZI refunds my money.

I was an early user of Zozi and have purchased event admissions (e.g. Color Run 5k) and gear. I have been consistently impressed by the quality of products offered, and wish I could buy all of it (and go on all of the trips)! Customer service has been great in instances of returns or exchanges for size, and I've never had an issue. I sometimes daydream abut working at Zozi, as I imagine it's full of great, helpful people who love adventure!
I discovered ZOZI while looking for a good price on a pair of Bogs shoes for my dad. ZOZI had the color & size he wanted on clearance, so I jumped on it right away and ordered them. When they arrived, they were the wrong size, but it was actually because they had been mismatched during the boxing process on Bogs' end (this came to light during my own correspondence with Bogs). But even before Bogs could rectify the issue themselves, Alexandra from ZOZI had already gotten a replacement pair in the mail at light speed. She was helpful, pleasant, and hilarious. She sent me a. Gif of Kristen Wiig dancing. But most importantly, she got my dad his Bogs kicks. A+ customer service all around.
