Been on several activities I bought on Zozi. The whole idea behind the website is awesome. Yes some of the different tour operators may not be as flexible or the same, but what Zozi does is awesome. Always recommend this site to my friends. It's a site that only promotes cool stuff in your area to do... not dumb discounted things nobody wants like on other sites.

Fantastic customer service! I was having trouble placing an order and used the "chat/email" function on the website. Within a matter of seconds I received an email from Alexandra asking for more information. We went back and forth over emails, with her very quickly responding. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Best of all, she had a wonderful sense of humor which made the whole experience that much more pleasant and even fun. I had never used Zozi before but after all of Alexandra's amazing assistance I will be sure to look towards Zozi for future purchases and have already been telling everyone I know how great the customer service is. In today's world it is getting harder and harder to find good customer service and companies that care. It was truly refreshing to find Zozi!

I called about some chocolate making classes and indoor surfing! Does ZOZI offer great combinations or what!:> My conversation with Alexandra made me want to get on a plane (I'm in Texas) and go take her to lunch! She was so nice!:> She told me that as she booked my requests her supervisor came and gave her a high 5! That's it! I want to work there!
Anyway, I highly recommend the San Francisco ZOZI team! If everyone there is as nice as Alex, its true... the ideal working place does exist!:>
I look forward to my next contact with Alex and her ZOZI team!

After reading great reviews, I was so happy to book a trip to Peru through Zozi. Unfortunately had to cancel it due to a conflict and that's when Alexandra at Zozi became my new best friend. She interfaced with the Tour operator in Peru, facilitating communication and ultimately providing me with a refund (minus a fee from the airline - unavoidable, not Zozi's fault). She was so customer service focused, emailing me updates regularly. It was a lot of money so I was pretty stressed, but it all worked out. Alex is a superstar and I will 100% book through Zozi again because of her!

For the first time some friends and I have booked a girls mini vacation at a spa in Vermont through Zozi. We got a great deal but I forgot to use an extra 10% off coupon that was offered. I emailed their customer service and I received a very prompt and courteous email back where they informed me that they would apply that coupon to my order. Thanks so much for your help. I will be back!

I use zozi for online booking for my company. I was happy with them for the most part except for one major thing. If I go to zozi.com and pull up activities for Memphis, it shows all these businesses that aren't even clients of Zozi yet it doesn't list mine and I am a client. It even has my competition listed. This infuriates me and has me looking for a different supplier. This is probably a major reason they are having to lay off 30% of their workforce. They should be more loyal to their paying customers.

1- Took 2 hours of 1-1 support to set up my business- so far so good. Offered 3 month trial period. Complicated, but I had good help

2- Got 3 bookings for memorial day weekend!

2.5- Discovered my customers were being charged huge booking fee, in addition to my fee

3- Difficult to communicate with customers. No contact list. No app.

4- Difficult to view calendar. No weekly manifest report.

5- One customer wanted to cancel. It took me 2 weeks to get an answer from tech support about how to do this. The answer was a link to their instruction manual. Which I couldn't find by searching myself. Had to wait for their link. Later I discovered the customer wasn't billed in the first place, so there was nothing to refund...

6- One of my customers trashed the place. Burned my building supplies. No response from Zozi. No Accountability

7- Discovered I have been paid for just 1 of my 3 bookings, 3 weeks later

8- Waiting for response...

DO NOT USE ZOZI

I purchased climbing shoes which arrived promptly but were about 2 sizes too small. As there was no option for an exchange on my return label, I contacted customer service who quickly applied a shipping credit to my account so that I can try another size without having to pay more fees. I appreciated the gesture so much and am looking forward to buying more stuff on Zozi.

Booked an experience on ZOZI recently, far exceeded my expectations. The site has really evolved over the last few years, it now has a wide variety of activities in my city and the vendors are top notch. Had a guide who was engaging, charming and a pro-- will def. Come here regularly now.

I've used ZOZI before for deals and gear sales, but they really surprised me when I reached out to ask a question. Not only did the rep answer my question, she researched different reviews of the product and shared them with me to make sure I had as much information as possible.

I was looking at climbing shoes, and she even chatted with me about the sport and how much fun it is to get into. Really went above and beyond normal customer service. I found the shoes for the same price at a local store, but will definitely buy them at ZOZI if I decide to get them. I really like the personal side of their operations!

Zozi provided by far the best experience I have ever encountered using the deal sites. They have a focused point of view that totally fits in with my lifestyle. I went scuba diving last month with them and it ruled! Today I logged on just to take a look and got a FREE deal on horseback riding, FREE. Seriously, who does that? Rad!

Why isn't 0 star an option for this site? They ran the promotions where they do not intend to keep. What's the point of wasting my time. DO NOT ORDER from them unless you are clear of their definition "sales". Basically, they are limiting one person per one order per one item. The site is not allowing the discount per each email address, so I used different email address to take advantage of the sales they are running. They decided to cancel all my orders because they consider this to be a"fraudulent activity". I am using my hard earn $$ to pay for my goods, who is the real fraud in this case? I will leave that for you to decide. I also blamed myself of rushing into deciding buying from a new merchant without research. Shame on me.

I bought a product ( jacket) so cannot review the experiences that the rest of the reviewers have appeared to have difficulty with.
Product was as intended, shipped and arrived ontime. No complaints ( despite the cautionary reviews).

Would use them again

Bought something from Zozi yesterday. Today there was an applicable $20 off coupon. They retroactively applied the coupon and I got a $20 discount. Great response to an email within a couple of hours of sending it. Stellar customer service.

Initially my review would not have been positive. I had ordered a gift for someone from ZOZI and there was an issue with the order and delivery. However, the way that they managed my concerns was above and beyond. The woman who helped me not only figured out a solution that went beyond my expectations, but she did so without me coming up with the solution. She also proceeded to follow through on the order so that I knew that the order had shipped and was delivered. It was truly 1:1 service. It changed my view of ZOZI, for the better.

Amazing Customer Service!

Amazing Customer Service! I ordered some trekking poles as gifts, and one of them arrived without a cap that goes on the tip of the pole. I emailed customer service, and they responded very quickly, stating they did not have spare parts but would look on the internet to find it, buy it, and ship it to me! I have never had customer service that was a 1) a real human, 2) kind, & 3) willing! I am amazed. Thank you so much!

An extended group of friends (16 of us) wanted to have an adventure weekend and we decided on going river rafting. After much research and back-and-forth (seriously, 16 people...) we booked a trip through Zozi for an adventure with the Mother Lode River Center. All I can say is fun, fun, fun. Everything went off without a hitch and everyone had a great time. River guides were a great mix of professional and fun to be around. We had a picnic lunch by the river, BBQ for dinner, and breakfast the next day all supplied by ML - food was great and it was nice that we didn't have to sort out cooking ourselves for the large group. Overall fantastic experience and many great memories/friendships were formed. I would recommend Zozi to others and will use them again myself.

I bought 2 hiking backpacks from Zozi. The shipping estimate was 7 - 10 days, and the bags came on time. Their customer service is fast and excellent. They answered all of my questions and shipped my items promptly to help me receive them before the day I needed them. I will definitely continue to purchase stuff from Zozi.

The BEST customer service! I was basically blown off by 'High 5' on a deal I purchased for a helicopter ride. Zozi was under no obligation to refund my money as the time to do so had long passed. I called Zozi customer service for their guidance and the representative, Marika, was wonderful! She heard and understood my bad experience and without hesitation refunded my money. I will use and recommend Zozi forever! Great job Zozi! I'll be back :).

Horrible customer service. The sunglasses I ordered came with the wrong color frames and lens. The customer service reps only solution to the problem was to reorder the correct gear online and then pay return shipping (they automatically charge you $7 shipping on returns) which came to a grand total of $21 shipping on a $45 item. Its been 4 days since I reordered the sunglasses and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you want the correct merchandise in a timely manner stick to Zappos or Amazon. This place is a joke.
