Booked an experience on ZOZI recently, far exceeded my expectations. The site has really evolved over the last few years, it now has a wide variety of activities in my city and the vendors are top notch. Had a guide who was engaging, charming and a pro-- will def. Come here regularly now.
I was an early user of Zozi and have purchased event admissions (e.g. Color Run 5k) and gear. I have been consistently impressed by the quality of products offered, and wish I could buy all of it (and go on all of the trips)! Customer service has been great in instances of returns or exchanges for size, and I've never had an issue. I sometimes daydream abut working at Zozi, as I imagine it's full of great, helpful people who love adventure!
I ordered a shoe and it was the wrong size. Customer service bent over backwards to do everything they could to make sure I was happy. I will be using this company again for sure. I got a fantastic deal on some expensive Patagonia shoes too.
I jumped on a deal for a Timbuk2 backpack and after consummating the deal I awaited an email that would clarify when the item would ship, I started to panick a little bit when I couldn't determine how to find this out... I called the company and while I got voicemail the first time, the second time I called in I it was answered by "Alexandra" who said "Is This Mark?" I was kinda surprised, and then after a few minutes she clarified and gave me the answers I was looking for.
She offered to expedite the order if she could catch it and asked if she could get back to me when she had more info, I said "of course!"
She emailed me later with exactly what I wanted to hear "your backpack has already been picked up by FedEx, and should be there tomorrow! Fast for award to tomorrow... I'm about to pull out of my driveway, FedEx truck comes bombing around the corner, stops in front of my house, guy jumps out, hands my a package, jumps back in his truck and bombs on down the street! I now have my Backpack, I'm very happy and super impressed with the most excellent customer service from Alexandra, and I now have an amazing positive first experience with Zozi (which I don't even know what it stands for...)
The think that "stands out the most" about this whole experience is the super fun email I got from Alexandra, that had a ridiculously funny vid clip of some dude doing a looped Happy Dance... that fricking made my entire day! Seriously, I'm a very happy customer right now!

I have used Zozi several times now. I have to say there are no hidden fees when you buy the vouchers for other events. It is very clear and easy to understand which is wonderful because I have had horrible experiences with sites like Living Social.
I received a coupon and did not see it until after I put a purchase through. I sent an email to see if I could cancel and adjust my order and I had a response within a couple of minutes. They made it so easy for me to receive my credit, I didn't have to cancel - wait for a refund and then put another order in. They gave me a credit and free shipping on my account and I placed a second order and it did not cost me a dime more then if I had done it in one purchase.
I also had questions on products and not only did they respond but sent me the link to the actual item I was looking for.

Initially my review would not have been positive. I had ordered a gift for someone from ZOZI and there was an issue with the order and delivery. However, the way that they managed my concerns was above and beyond. The woman who helped me not only figured out a solution that went beyond my expectations, but she did so without me coming up with the solution. She also proceeded to follow through on the order so that I knew that the order had shipped and was delivered. It was truly 1:1 service. It changed my view of ZOZI, for the better.
I bought a river rafting ticket couple years ago and never really got back to this site since then but I have been getting their offers in email most of the time. I noticed their gears are at the discounted. Every time I bought gears, I always check if their price is cheaper which I found the timbuk2 bag was a lot cheaper here. Made an order and paid for the shipping. However, I realized I should just buy some cheap gears to get the free shipping (>$75). However, their site is not built to handle this really well so I have to contact the customer service. I found the service top-notch and super responsive. Marika who helped me out gave me the best solution after her first suggestion, she asked me to cancel the order and re-oder it again with additional stuff to get the free shipping. That was not what I want since I need the backpack for this memorial day long weekend. Instead, she gave me shipping credit back and speed up my shipping which I just received it now. Thanks Marika. My weekend is saved :D. ... (definitely nice weather in bay area also). That's definitely great service and price also.
Now I have another site with amazing customer support other than Amazon... I have been loyal to Amazon for over 10 years because of their Amaz-o-ing service but Zozi has a product with a better price :D. ...
I called about a coupon code not working on the vendor's website and Alexandra immediately assessed the issue and reissued a new code. Additionally, she actually sent an email directly and asked for a follow up! Great customer service. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is I sent an email immediately to *******@zozi (still have not received a response) and I had to wait until the next dayZozi opened to get someone on the phone (I am on EST, they are on PST). May want to have 24 hour service or close to it...
I placed an order for a Timbuk2 bag back in Jan when they only had one color. Five months later, I notice that they now have the same bag but in a different color. I emailed them asking if I could exchange the black bag that I bought in Jan (it was still unused with all tags attached) for the different color one and the CSR suggested that I make a new purchase for the color that I wanted and return the old bag for a full refund. She even gave me Zozi credits to cover a discount code that I used that was available in Jan. Excellent customer service. Surprised this site is not rated higher. My experience has been on the "Gear" side of the business, not the "Getaway" or "Guru" side.
Can't say enough about the exceptional, conscientious, and incredibly zestful customer service experience provided by Zozi when I purchased some cycling clothing. Alexandra, Marika, and Evan were brimming with positive energy that carried over to the actual success of all elements of the transaction. Thank you!

Great customer service! I ordered some packing accessories from Zozi and the shipment arrived in timely manner. However, they sent the wrong item. I contacted the customer service and they sent me the correct item right away. The issue was resolved quickly. I am happy with my overall experience with Zozi.
Bought something from Zozi yesterday. Today there was an applicable $20 off coupon. They retroactively applied the coupon and I got a $20 discount. Great response to an email within a couple of hours of sending it. Stellar customer service.
Zozi customer service immediately exceeded my expectations. A live person, Marika, answered promptly. I didn't have to deal with a phone menu to get to her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. I knew I could call them again if I had additional questions and get the same great attention. And I did!
I've purchased deals from a variety of sites but Zozi has by far the best customer service. They are prompt, attentive, and fixed my problem within a matter of minutes. I will definately purcahse from them again.
I used these guys for the first time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are very responsive and seem very geared toward customer service.

Zozi has great gear deals. I bought a ski helmet for my daughter at a super price with quick delivery. I erred and ordered the wrong size, but the return process was so easy! (Just repackage and slap the provided return label over original label and drop off with FedEx)
Plus, Adrian is the best customer service representative I've dealt with in the past 10 years (or ever!). She offered to contact the distribution center personally to ensure the size and style I needed was available. When it turned out that my daughter's size was not available - she refunded my account promptly and even gave me a Zozi credit for a future purchase!

I ordered a Timbuk2 rolling bag from Zozi. First off, it was the best price on the web for the exact item I wanted. Second and most important the costumer service was beyond outstanding! When my bag arrived it was not the color I thought I had ordered. I contacted Marika at Zozi and she overnighted the correct color immediately, but here's the kicker... It was completely my mistake! Even after I admitted my error she still treated me as if it was hers! No one does that anymore! All she cared about was me being happy with my purchase. My dad loves this company and now I'm a customer for life.
I stayed at the Basecamp hotel through a Zozi purchase. It was really easy to set-up my visit, and I was delighted with the quaintness of the lodge. Highly recommend this site and the diversity of travel options it has available.
I was looking for some place where I could take my daughter for her 23rd BDay, I typed in horse back riding & up came Zozi not only was it horse back riding But on the Beach how kool is that?
So I replied to this site Zozi & to my surprise got an answer back within the hour. Heck It was so fast & easy we have reservations on for Sunday, when I only found Zozi on Thursday.
Now tell me is that fast or what? Considering all the people.
I just thought it was Truly a Blessing.
