I ordered sm product which i returned to them…. Instead of giving me my money back they gv me zcoins…. I dont want to shop anything from them…. I try to contact them bt noboby reply me …. I tried number of times from yesterday…. Totally useless site…. Plz dont go for this …. Fraud …. Is anybody tell me where to complaints againts this …. Any consumer forum etc …

Don't fool yourselves with advertisement Zivame displays. They excessively expensive plus in case of returns they will suck blood out of you but not do any refund. I made big time mistake by shopping with them now my money is stuck with them and customer care is giving no response over, email, call or chat. Speaking of Chat they have a section on their application as "Chat to us", however, none will ever attend you on that chat before 5-6 hours or 10 hours. They have no respect for their Customers and their time.
In case of returns you have to courier parcel back to them for which they will give you 100 zcoin(not money) even if you have spent 200 rs. In courier, zcoin will be restricted to 100 zcoins only, moreover, it will never be refunded to your account. BEWARE! Before you even think of shopping with them. They did 50% of refund to my account 50% of money is still pending with them, they have removed zcoins also from my account completely and denying to do 100% refund of the product which I have alraedy returned to them on my expenses.

I attached screenshot of email conversation which shows they owe me money for which even they agreed but I am still chasing them to get the refund and these FRAUDS are not replying to my emails now, Chat obviously is never connected coz these LAMES must be sleeping all the time

Giving one star to Zivame (actually they don't deserve 1 star also), this review is based on my personal experience. Zivame is just fooling out customers. I have bought two products from them for which when i tried to schedule a return, the app said pick up on your postal code cannot be scheduled as we are dealing with third party courier services. While placing the order 15 days return/exchange was reflected but it was not mentioned that your postal code is eligible for delivery but not for pick up. This is a total scam, where they are asking us to courier the prodcuct back to them by Indian Postal as it will cost less and they will give us 100 coins. In this era of online shopping where we actually look for the facility of easy return/exchange policy Zivame is totally making con. Pathetic experience. Go for clovia rather than zivame.

I had placed an order with Zivame in early December 2020, after which i had requested for a refund. After a month or so from the product being picked up i realised i havent recived a refund in my account without any noticfocation from the company. Hadnt i followed up they wouldn't have bothered. After following up multiple times they realised that the amount had not been processed but to an invalid account number. I have been following up with then ever since but the only response i get is that they are looking into the matter. Its been almost two months now and i see no sign of any refund! I also requested to talk to their senior level executive and the customer care assumed that i would receive a call but nothing of this sort happened. I am extremely disappointed with this website and its poor service quality. To highlight i was asked to send my bank statement as proof that i hadn't received the amount which i did after which as well i haven't seen any action from their end.

I returned a product and asked for an exchange, but they didn't give me the exchange nor the refund! They even lied in their record where they said a supervisor spoke to me, when in reality no such call ever occurred! First they promised that they would refund my amount in Zcoins but refused to give any statement in writing! When following up, they denied ever having made any claim and said that they won't process the refund! They even cancelled the exchange request from their end, then claimed that I was the one who cancelled it!

Fraud and Cheater brand
I have bought some products from this brand... first they offered me a good scheme... and when i got them billed they charged higher amount from me... they gave only 20% on some products and rest products they charged full amount... Ridiculous staff... No one is willing to help you... this brand is just in the market to cheat and fraud with customers... brands like these spoil the image of other brands as well... we'all should raise a voice against such fraud and nonsense brands so that they cant harm the whole society...

I ordered from their app and as they were not taking cash on delivery, I prepaid the amount. They have not delivered from past 5 months and when I mail them, they have this automated mail that they send me.

1. On their website they have mentioned "easy & hassle free return" but it's just another fraud.
2. They will refund your money in the form of ridiculous and $#*!ty zCoins which is very stupid and unnecessary.
3. If you want your zCoins to be transferred to your bank account you need to contact the customer service.
4. The customer service number given on the website just DOESN'T EXIST.
5. I've written an email to them. It has been 5 days and they still haven't replied.
6. They products they sell are terrible. Things are mostly or of stock all the time. Size descriptions are wrong.
7. Basically buying from Zivame is just a huge waste of your time and your money.

I wish there was. 5 star so i would have given that to Zivame. They are all fraud people. They say that its the best site for lingerie purchase, but the fact is that all the bras are of poor quality. They dont fit properly even if you order your size correctly. Then the customer care says that I might have selected wrong size. I mean seriously, i am using this size since so long but only your site cannot provide me proper sized bra.
Also, when asked for refund they said that a person will come to pick the bras, 10 days passed no one came and on the site it showed order picked up.
And then no proper refund system. After 15 days boy comes to pick up bras and after 8 days my refund comes.
Worst site.
