We have been customers of Zivame since more than a decade. During this time, we have time and again faced problems of substandard customer service, order not fully delivered, delays in pickups,mysterious auto cancellations of requested return pick-ups, non honouring the discount codes given for special occassions despite more than 1.5 years of back and forth communication with their team, for 18 months the response was 'there was a technical error, which we are trying to fix', non posting of negative product reviews, etc. etc. Basically the company refuses to accept any responsibility if the package has a product missing, even if the package is torn. The customer service team is inadequately trained, and despite repeated requests, refuses to connect to senior agents. Very disappointing service overall for a millenial company. They have a range of products, but while you buy these products, you are guaranteed to lose your hair in frustration as there is zero accountability towards the customer.
1. On their website they have mentioned "easy & hassle free return" but it's just another fraud.
2. They will refund your money in the form of ridiculous and $#*!ty zCoins which is very stupid and unnecessary.
3. If you want your zCoins to be transferred to your bank account you need to contact the customer service.
4. The customer service number given on the website just DOESN'T EXIST.
5. I've written an email to them. It has been 5 days and they still haven't replied.
6. They products they sell are terrible. Things are mostly or of stock all the time. Size descriptions are wrong.
7. Basically buying from Zivame is just a huge waste of your time and your money.
Giving one star to Zivame (actually they don't deserve 1 star also), this review is based on my personal experience. Zivame is just fooling out customers. I have bought two products from them for which when i tried to schedule a return, the app said pick up on your postal code cannot be scheduled as we are dealing with third party courier services. While placing the order 15 days return/exchange was reflected but it was not mentioned that your postal code is eligible for delivery but not for pick up. This is a total scam, where they are asking us to courier the prodcuct back to them by Indian Postal as it will cost less and they will give us 100 coins. In this era of online shopping where we actually look for the facility of easy return/exchange policy Zivame is totally making con. Pathetic experience. Go for clovia rather than zivame.
I wish there was. 5 star so i would have given that to Zivame. They are all fraud people. They say that its the best site for lingerie purchase, but the fact is that all the bras are of poor quality. They dont fit properly even if you order your size correctly. Then the customer care says that I might have selected wrong size. I mean seriously, i am using this size since so long but only your site cannot provide me proper sized bra.
Also, when asked for refund they said that a person will come to pick the bras, 10 days passed no one came and on the site it showed order picked up.
And then no proper refund system. After 15 days boy comes to pick up bras and after 8 days my refund comes.

When I initially placed the order, there was no mention of the requirement to self-ship the items in case of a return. However, upon deciding to return the products, I noticed that the instructions stated I needed to self-ship them. Although, this is not convenient for me, I went ahead and couriered the items as instructed by paying my own money for courier charges. It's been more than 30days since i couriered the items and I posted nearly 15emails still I am receiving the same email please wait for 24hrs, 48hrs,...like that. They are making the customer fool.
Even the international courier will get reached by this time, this is just from Chennai to Bangalore.
I bought a night dress which was expensive then it even looked and when I washed it for the first time the color was totally faded and and other clothes I washed it with were also completely spoiled.

I returned a product and asked for an exchange, but they didn't give me the exchange nor the refund! They even lied in their record where they said a supervisor spoke to me, when in reality no such call ever occurred! First they promised that they would refund my amount in Zcoins but refused to give any statement in writing! When following up, they denied ever having made any claim and said that they won't process the refund! They even cancelled the exchange request from their end, then claimed that I was the one who cancelled it!
The most useless brand that I have come across. I bought online 3 products on August 1,2023. August 4,2023 they got delivered. Same time I raised a return request as products didn't fit me. It's September 5,2023 today and I have made innumerable calls to customer care for the pick up and refund. Everytime they tell me the system cancelled the request and it has to be reraised. I need to understand WHO canceled the requests? The system? Who is responsible? They are a bunch of liars who talk about easy online purchase, exchange or refund. It's been frustrating taking to these customer care who have no care for customers. "it will take 7-8 working days" all they know to say. As if reading from a list of things to say. They have no idea how to resolve an issue. If you want peace of mind don't buy from Zivame! Their online shopping is horrendous.
And I am surprised no one is even reviewing the many phone calls I have already made.
It's not about 1600/- rupeess. It won't make me rich but the casual attitude towards not returning what is not yours. What you claim and cheat your customers. It's a question about your integrity.
I purchased 3 products out of which she requested return of two products (due to bad quality and fitment issues). They took 1 item for return; however, the second item was never picked up for return. The return request was placed on 28th July 2022. It has been more than 1 month and the second item has not been picked up yet. Their customer service is pathetic. They flatly refused to pick up the second item for return. They do not care about customers. They have no intentions to help customers. They do not have escalation matrix. They say that they have made a note of my complaint; however, do not give ticket or complaint number. Worst they do not care about legal actions and plainly mention do whatever you can, we have our policies defined and our legal team is capable of dealing with people like you.
I will not recommend Zivame to anyone. I will initiate a complaint with the consumer court since they are not providing any resolution.

On 12th I ordered 7 items and on 13th Oct received one parcel in which 2 item were there 1 free bee and my 1 item rest all item was not delivered I thought will get delivered in some other day and suddenly when I saw the app it says all item delivered what nonsense

I returned 2 items and they said they received only 1. And I didn't get my refund for 1 item. They refused to co-operate and did not believe me. Not recommended at all. They don't believe the customer and believe the courier guys. Will never shop again. Horrible! Cheaters!
It's really Worst Service I never thought I experience such bad support from zivame I place return request on the same day when I received product but the person come after 1 week to collect the order he collected on 4th sep and now today is 23rd sep till date my money is not return as so called zivame Zcoins. I ordered from their app and as they were not taking cash on delivery, I prepaid the amount. They have not delivered from past 5 months and when I mail them, they have this automated mail that they send me.
Two times i have got products from zivame even after paying 2500 fitting is worst.
I have bought full coverage braw from zivame with 3 pin. It is tight under arms, after wearing for whole day, realized they are not full coverage in front. Edges(border in the front are poky) makes it visible in the front. Do not buy Tshirt bra's

Dont get fooled by there offer, i bought buy 2 get one free offer, when i come back home and checked there is no offer applied at all in the bill. Its original price for one of the bill got for adjusted 200rs.
Now its their business they will send you the non fitted items and when customers return those items and when customer return those non fitted items, which is obvious, they will keep back those items and your money too.
Better buy from JOCKY or AMANTE, good brand and no issue of return or refund. I bought 5 items only one was returned, and the refund generated immediately after not much delay.
If you are still going to buy any item from zivame, please keep it whether you like or dislike because they never refund the amount.
