I had placed an order with Zivame in early December 2020, after which i had requested for a refund. After a month or so from the product being picked up i realised i havent recived a refund in my account without any noticfocation from the company. Hadnt i followed up they wouldn't have bothered. After following up multiple times they realised that the amount had not been processed but to an invalid account number. I have been following up with then ever since but the only response i get is that they are looking into the matter. Its been almost two months now and i see no sign of any refund! I also requested to talk to their senior level executive and the customer care assumed that i would receive a call but nothing of this sort happened. I am extremely disappointed with this website and its poor service quality. To highlight i was asked to send my bank statement as proof that i hadn't received the amount which i did after which as well i haven't seen any action from their end.
