I have spent thousands with Zip Corvette. Now to get any discounts you have to spend Min. $850.00 and you get a whole 10% off. There many suppliers out there and they offer much better pricing. Quality is the same in all of them. Corporate has done as they always do. Price goes up and quality goes down. Now that companies like Long Island and paragon are gone the industry is ruined.
My battery was dead in a shopping center where zip zap auto is located 100 yards away I walked over and asked if they could give me a charge & battery 70 minutes later I was handed a bill for almost $500 when I complained rather loudly they took off the diagnostic fee which was $140 the total bill was $354. I called around several auto shops around the area told them the circumstances and the most they would've charged me was $200. Perhaps the they sold me was gold plated.
I wish I would have found Zip Corvette before I ordered thousand dollars of accessory parts for my C7 from Corvette Mods. I now order everything from Zip Corvette. 100% satisfied! Great people working there and are truly interested in getting what you need. Stay away from Corvette Mods.
After getting screwed by corvettemods.com for the last time, I started buying exclusively from zip-corvette.com. They ship on time, have average pricing for most items, good pricing for some. The important thing that separates them from corvette mods is that they have actual customer service, ship what you ordered, ship it quickly, and have a HUGE selection. One downside is that it can be difficult to find what you are looking for on their website.
I have ordered from several companies that sell Corvette parts. Zip Corvette consistently provides outstanding, quick service. I have ordered from them several times.

I told her most of my Corvette parts from zip. They have a great customer service and normally have the parts him after in stock. I have tried quite a few other companies out there but keep coming back to zip, they just are the best company for Corvette parts.
Like others who have had bad experiences with another Vette vendor, I made my first purchase with zip-corvette and the experience is night and day different. They actually HAD what was listed as in stock and shipped it on the same day I placed the order. I'm perfectly willing to pay a little more to avoid the runaround and get my items in a timely manner.
I have ordered many parts from venders. I have never ordered anything that has taken this long to receive.
The lengthy time may be the result of the holidays, not sure.
Wanted you to know I ordered a part Dec. 24th and still waiting. I looked up the tracking number and it due in today, Jan. 8th. That's over two weeks. I feel this is unsatisfactory, even with the holidays.
Bought a 63-75 Lighter Housing and Retainer (Pt # J11-05A) for my 1969 Corvette. Tried to install it but it would not tighten up properly. I called Zip-Corvette and was told the new production was for visual purposes only and would not perform or fit as a factory part. I asked to return it and was told, I would have to pay for the return shipping. I told the rep. The description did not state the part was defective and was told, it didn't matter. Deceptive products are not covered by their guarantee and will NEVER buy from Zip-Corvette again.
If you are in Canada, don't bother ordering far too slow and no communication. Order from Corvette depot instead they are not the quickest but you will get the parts you need.
Hello Norm. Sorry about the issues you experienced. We have been shipping to Canada without incident for many years, and continue to do so today. Recently because of COVID-19 related health issues with staff and supply chain problems, we have been behind on international/Canadian orders. We have finally caught up the past weekend of 2/19/22 and service has resumed normal delivery times. You can not send in a broken core an expect to get a core refund for it. You "must return the required rebuildable core" as stated.
So this negative review is addressing Tammy's unhappiness with that for anyone reading.

Here are the rest of the conditions for core returns: "Carrier: We look at ring gear bolt holes to make sure they are still round, clutch surfaces are not damaged and will accept the new keepers on the clutch plates. The carrier bearings will still press on. The carrier itself is not cracked, we magnaflux these to make sure there are no hairline cracks. The 65-68 carrier is fairly common for this in the carrier center where there is a casting line. Also is this a posi carrier, we only sell rebuilt Positraction differentials, so if you are returning a non-posi differential the entire carrier will be deducted from the core charge. Carrier deduction is $425.00"
