I've had good experiences having Zety's resume builder. It's prompts and templates are applicable to many job fields. I've used it to jobs in education and well as sales. It may be less beneficial for fields of study such as professional psychology jobs. Certain jobs are so specific on formatting that they may not work as easily with the beautiful template choices from Zety. Ive been able to create and save several resumes and cover letters that stand out among other candidates. I'll be back! Maria made canceling for now very easy and gave me options for changing my plan if I wanted to still keep zety.

In the name of full disclosure, Zety and I parted ways. Not over anything lacking in their platform. I just didn't need a resume software anymore.
I will say that even from a product standpoint, their platform is top notch.
What really pushed this rating to a 5 star was the impeccable customer service they provided.
The rep I worked with, and I feel horrible now because delivered what unfortunately tends to be rarity in today's business tendencies. The gentleman gave me his name but I was in motion without a pen when he gave it so I forgot it, but he's a true value to an already impressive organization with tons of value.

Absolutely terrible customer service and technical support. I have been paying $6.99 USD for months now and recently I can't download any of my resumes as an error message pops up stating that I need to "renew my plan". I have all receipts available to show I've paid my monthly subscription fee. Zety's response… "we'll give you 12 hours of free premium service so you can download your resumes". This does nothing as I can't even access the premium site, again the same message pops up, nor does it fix the issue I'm having with this Classic site. Close to 10 (or more) e-mails have been sent to support and every one of their responses has been automated with a "we'll respond within 24-48 hours" and "we have escalated your issue". Two weeks later and still nothing! My resumes are being held "hostage". I'm very dissatisfied in their level of professionalism along with technical knowledge of their own product. Very, very frustrating. I would not recommend them.

Usually, this behavior occurs when you try using the Old Zety Version (Zety Legacy). Also when the cookies of the site are too large due to that reason we always recommend clearing your cache and cookies before accessing the site, it's very important to know that you must be using Google Chrome.

After entering your information and attaching your credit card, it becomes impossible to remove or delete it. Zety.com continues to charge you even after you've supposedly "canceled" your subscription. The company relies on people forgetting, as I did, and not verifying whether the subscription remains inactive after cancellation. While their resume and motivational letter creation service is effective and worth the price, the subscription cancellation process appears to be a deliberate scam. Due to purported mistakes or technical issues, the cancellation is deemed invalid, resulting in significant monthly charges for a nonexistent service.

2. Scroll down the page until you see the option "Yes, Cancel My Account."
3. Before clicking the cancellation button, make sure to select the check mark indicating, "I understand I will lose access to my saved resumes and cover letter but still want to cancel."
4. Once you've checked the box, you'll be able to click the cancellation button without any problems.
Please note that the cancellation will not go through if you don't click on the checkmark.

There's no way that I can cancel the subscription by myself and I call my bank. Now I have to change my bank details. I Had to order a new credit card and individually inform all my associates and clients. Nightmare! There is no possibility for unsubscribing. And their advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me 25 eur instead and did that three times, With my stolen 75 eur I wish your boss to buy medicines for his children!

They've kept my card details without my consent, although I requested to delete them, and then they've stolen the money from my account. I hoped that it's just a misunderstanding, and emailed them expecting them to apologize and give the money back like any adequate company would. They did not. I've reported it, and hopefully, they will face the consequences, but the money is gone. I've talked to several people, and apparently, they do that all the time: that's how they earn. DON'T deal with them if you don't want to become a victim of fraud. This is a scam.

I recently changed my primary bank, so this account no longer has a lot of activity. I noticed this transaction and found 20 charges! I never authorized for this company to take monthly payments. And if I signed up how come I have no account with Zety? No e-Mail confirmation? Where are my monthly invoices? I've had the same E-mail address for years. I have been scammed for $453.00 for two years! Zety I need this cancelled immediately!
