I used this site to create my first resume when I was looking for new opportunities back in 2018, since then I have enjoyed it, it is pretty easy to navigate and build your resume, I love the templates and how easy it was for me to update my resume. Great experience 100% recommended.

It's a scam! They will charge you for subscription which you did not want or authorize without providing any bill or invoice. It's not possible to cancel the subscription on their website and nobody picks the phone when you want to call their customer service. I will demand a full refund and if it's not granted I will take legal actions.

I made my resume they asked to pay 2$. And after that i never use that website but they deduct monthly subscription from my debit card attached. Either i never ask for subscriptions. They deduct total 14k in just 2 weeks.

Another pseudo-scam resume website. They first tell you its free, then after you worked 1 hour on your resume in their website and are ready to download it, surprise surprise, they now charge you 2,5 dollars for a subscription you need to download all your work and don't just lose the past hour of work.
You pay them the 2,5 dollars, download your resume and go back to their website to cancel your subscription, because if you don't cancel in 14 days, you will get charged 17 dollars. Surprise surprise #2 they "Cancel my subscription" button doesn't work. You can't press it with your mouse.

I gave Zety a try for its resume-building and career services. While the platform itself offers a range of attractive features, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Upon realizing that the subscription was not meeting my expectations, I promptly sent an email requesting the cancellation of my account and unsubscribing from their services. To my surprise, I received no response whatsoever. Concerned about the lack of acknowledgment, I decided to send a follow-up email in hopes of getting some clarity on the matter. Unfortunately, the follow-up email also went unanswered.
This complete lack of communication from their customer support team has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is my hope that Zety addresses this issue and places a stronger emphasis on providing timely and attentive customer support in the future.

Zety - charged me additional money without my knowledge. I pay 2 dollars for 2 weeks and after 2 or 3 weeks I suddenly found myself being charged 20 dollars without my consent and without my knowledge. Never use this service, whatever you do. Paid a reasonable price for a simple resume template for 14 days and without my knowledge silently started taking $34.95 out of my account. The only way you can tell is by looking at bank statements, no notifications nothing. In the process of getting the money taken out of my account refunded. Subscription button is dodgy and only worked once I removed my adblocker. What kind of button doesn't work with an adblocker enabled? Have also heard from other people that their customer service is terrible and either ignore your calls, messages and emails or just will not help you. Please I wanr you stay away. I'm sure thousands of people are feeling the same way you are feeling if you have been scammed. Additionally, what kind of 14 day paid trial doesn't end after 14 days and starts charging you every 4 weeks after? I hope I get refunded the money I lost and hope this company gets shut down or removes this sly and dishonest act.

On 7.29/2023, I started a 2-week trial of Zety. That means subscription is from 2023/07/29 to 2023/08/12. After subscribing for this 2-week trial, I didn't receive any e-mail of informing me of a auto subscription of next month. I never expected to be scammed. Today I received a $23.7 bill for subscription for 2023/08/13 to 2023/09/09.
