I'm a young adult that tends to seek new and better career opportunities. That means I'm constantly revising and tweaking my resume to match the jobs that catch my attention. However, Resume writing is tedious and stressful, but Zety takes away the headache of it all. Plus it makes the process kind of fun and exciting! All the words and skills you are trying to think of are all provided for you. I was concerned because my resume filled one and a half pages. I called Zety to complain that I wanted my resume to fit one page. First of all, waiting for their customer service rep to answer the phone only took about three minutes. I was not kept waiting for long at all. Jerickson was able to fit my resume beautifully on one page and his customer service was incredible. I really felt cared about, it's not about the money with Zety. They want your success and happiness!

While I no longer have need of Zety's services, the excellent telephone service I received from Axel Gutierrez will make me consider it again in the future. Axel was polite and efficient, and helped me cancel my subscription with no fuss or hassle, which is a rarity in the world of subscription-based services.

Fraud
April 3, 2023

I payed R40 to save and download my resume I created. My card details was saved and all of a sudden R400 is deducted from my bank account (without ANY warning, no email, no SMS) just a direct deduction.
They do not warn you, they just charge you.
Take my advice and never purchase the "14 day trial"

The agent made it so easy to cancel my subscribe which I did forgot with what email i opened it for I am really amazed with his customer support skills and not trolling around, a worker like him should be protected and increase his salary at all costs, very supportive, looks like he love his job and help me as a customer. I would open a vompany myself if I would have workers like him to work with me, he is absolutely amazing, if he doesn't receive a rise at his own job, I don't think he should work for the company he really deserves more and I can really see that people like him drive companies to success, I am going to recommend and use zety always for resume purchases when needed in the future amazing and easy to build but most important amazing customer service support.

The cancellation button has been deliberately disabled. The novice subscriber would forget and would be charged without his knowledge. There is a reddit page which clearly says how this works

This service is a scam

I used this service in august fir a few days after purchasing the service in 1.7$. Stoped using it and was amazed to see two charging of 25.7$ each month - why don't you send a notification that the service was automatically started again! And why as if i wanted to use it i would select this option - wrote to the customer service with no responce.

Excellent Site

I had problems finalizing my resume and along came Jackie Matturen to the rescue. She absolutely saved the day and informed me that I can upload straight from the site to LinkedIn. I expect to have my new Caregiving job by the end of this week! You guys are awesome! Everyone should go this route and use Zety.

THE CANCELLATION BUTTON IN THEIR WEB PAGE DOES NOT LINK TO ANYTHING! I'm waiting for customer service to email me but right now I don't have high hopes. Please never enter your credit card details in this service as you won't be able to cancel. This service is a SCAM

Fradulent service!

I got the 14 Day Full access for $2.70 on August 17 2022, I cancelled it on August 30th (1 day before trial expires) and assumed it was cancelled. After 11 months I when I was going thru my credit card statement I realized a charge of $23.70 for the past 11 months by Zety. I tried contacting them and they were not helpful at all. After repeated calls they agreed to refund 3 months amount. What about the other 8 months? I tried contacting the Bank as well to dispute but they said I needed proof of cancellation and ofcourse I did not receive a cancellation email from Zety. No where during the 14 day Full access it was mention that they would charge me afterwards and that too $23.70! Total SCAM, don't fall for it.

I only subscribed for 14 days trial period for which my card was charged at Zety website. But after 14 days they charged me $23.7 on my card without my consent. How can they charge me without my approval & how can they use my card details. It's a big scam

I had terrible experience with this site I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ever again, today I subscribed on the promotion of R95.83 on a monthly basis and they took R1150 for the whole year(which is not even equivalent to the R95.83 per month) and that's not what was shown I didn't want the whole year's subscription I'm not happy at all I even cancelled the subscription same time I emailed them requesting a refund and I haven't gotten an active response…..

Zety - money stealer

Today in the night, my bank account was changed 23,70 USD + 5 USD Transaction Fee for no reason, I don't have Zety account (I deleted) for more than 5 months. It is ridiculous no validation for the payment was asked or informed in advance. Pls. Don't use Zety.

I was about to cancel my subscription but Kristina Garay advice me that it has other features that may help me find a job so she refunded the money to my account and gave me a cheaper subscription for 1 month so she was very helpful and understanding.
