They are very sneaky and how they take your money. I paid them $2 whatever they needed to get a simple cover printed.
Months later I realize they are billing me $23.75 per month. I did not even go back to their website and they were still billing me.
I tried to talk reasonably to the person who answered the phone but her only agreement would be she would give me 1/2 discount for the last month but every other month they will not reimburse me.
I would not recommend using this company unless you read all of the fine print.
Signed up for a trial and the company won't help me with payments taking from my account for 12 months without me noticing.
If you're going to sign up for the trial, make sure to set a reminder to cancel the subscription prior to payments coming out.
I asked their Customer Service Team 3 times how much money I will be refunded and they can't give me a straight answer.
Would not use this company ever again.

There's no way you could cancel the subscription yourself and have to call them. When asked to remove the credit card information, they said they don't have that information in their server and sent a page that is too generic. Had to order a new credit card. And their advertised price of $5.75 per month turned out to be misleading. After my trial ended, they charged me $23 instead. Stay away.

They will sucker you in by giving the opportunity to create a cover letter for $2.99 but they will still charge you $22 for a subscription that they sign you up for will continue to charge you if you don't go back in and cancel the subscription you didn't sign up for. So, the website itself is great. Just not enough time right now to want to put money down until I'm ready. However, the Cancel Subscription button never worked on any browser I tried which was a disappointment. Their email response is slower than molasses. So I ended up having to find time to call. Canceling on phone was at least quick. It felt a little weird though. No hold music. It was a little hard to hear the person helping me but she was quick to resolve my issue, so for that I'm thankful.

Scammers! I used their site only once in 2020 and since then without me noticing they have been charging me 24.7$ each month to amount of 1000$ without me even using their service. They haven't sent any email or message and their taking money.

Website is actually great it really helped me with my Resume but I paid for the Trial version and also I'm really sure that I canceled the subscription but never received a confirmation email. Today I woke up and saw that you did not cancel my sub and even charged me for a annual price. I want a refund I never used your tool after the Trial which I already paid. This platform is terrible; it feels like a scam! The subscription cancellation didn't go as expected after the trial, and I was unknowingly charged for months. You'll pay a very attractive one time payment and in very small it says that you'll then be billed automatically every month an absurd fee.
The features aren't even that great, the cost is absurd for what it offers. I'll never use this one again.

I really liked their function and suggestion to revamp my resume for approximately $3, which would then generate a revamped Resume. I thought I had cancelled the subscription during the "free trial" period, and that it was resolved. I believed I could use the service in the future if there were any changes in my career. However, to my shock, I was charged $35 today without any prior alert, and I've noticed many people have complained about this, labeling it a scam. So, I decided to cancel the subscription. I went to the website and tried over 100 times to request the cancellation of my subscription, but it never went through. It just paused and hung on the same page, yet I could access all other pages on their website, which seemed intentional. I genuinely feel cheated and would like to request a refund. No replies to my emails, no one picks up the call. I have been trying to cancel my subscription as soon as the free trial was finished by guess what you can't. I assumed I had already cancelled my subscription and then I get a notification stating that Zety has taken so-so$ from my account. Imagine my shock when I had already assumed it was cancelled. Since then I have tried contact their support and their has been no response from their side at all.
I saw them responding to some reviews here so I am hoping they do the same for me. This is causing undue stress and its about time it ends.

I am utterly furious with the deceitful practices of Zety SCAM! After initially paying $2 for a trial over a year ago, I recently discovered that they've been sneakily charging me $23.70 per month without my authorization! I never signed up for any subscription, and attempts to contact them have been met with silence. It's daylight robbery, plain and simple.
Furthermore, I have never received any receipts, confirmations, or any form of documentation typical of legitimate businesses. Your failure to provide such documentation further supports my claim that you are engaging in dishonest practices.

I was very disappointed to find out a subscription I thought was cancelled had been charging me all year on a monthly basis. I tried to explain to the refund department that I wasn't aware I was being charged and urged them to consider the last time I logged in (which was in 2021) to refund me the entire year of 2022 (to date). They refunded me 2/9 months I was being charged. Very poor customer service, make sure you cancel your subscription with this sketchy company.
