I ended up accidentally ordering my son a size medium kids glasses when I meant to order extra small because of confusing sizing on the website. I filtered by kids glasses and was not expecting both an adult size and a kid size to be on the glasses. I saw "extra small" and so thought I was getting extra small kids. It turns out it was medium kids instead. I am in the process of returning them and have ordered some that are the correct size but feel that this could have been made much clearer on the website. I reached out to the customer service team and was told that there was nothing that could be done. Supposedly the rewards account needed to be created 48hrs before I made the purchase. As compensation, I received a coupon for a tiny percentage off my next order.
