Place an order for my wedding program cards. Zazzle website is great and make an false impression to me that they can provide high quality services. So, i decide to go with Zazzle. The materials turn out to be disappointing and it is not what i want to order. I want to request for Return Authorization # to have a refund. I have called multiple times but it always said that the line is busy. It seems to me that the company set up a fake call center. I also emailed the support team but hasn't received any reply. Overall. I am very disappointed with this company, It looks like a con to me. They made a lot of false promise (e.g. 100% return if you are not satisfied) Once they got your money, they never care about you.
I never leave negative reviews but am extremely frustrated by lack of communication. I have used zazzle in the past to order staff uniforms and found them very good so ordered again over a month ago. I have now sent 3 emails to chase up where my order is and have had zero response. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My customer service rep was extremely helpful! I placed an order and the image on my computer looked different than the one on my phone, and I called to confirm that none of the letters were overlapping. She triple checked and made sure it was perfect and ready to go. She was efficient and kind. Only complaint was long hold time before I spoke to her (almost 30 minutes) but being a week before mother's day I could understand it would be that way.
Zazzle just shipped me the complete wrong set of business cards and on the front of the package it states the other customers name.
I asked support how things like this happen? And she replied "things do happen".
Well if Zazzle had processes in place then these types of things WONT happen.
They are going to reissue me my cards but i will be looking for other services in the future.
I am absolutely disgusted with this joke of a company! I ordered and paid for 100 wedding photo cards 6 weeks ago and was told they were shipped just 3 days later. Its now been 6 weeks and no sight of them despite the company taking my money! PLEASE can someone get in touch with me and either give me a refund or deliver the cards?

I scrolled through Zazzle's sample designs and found many that were very attractive. I chose the one that seemed to best suit my business purposes, while still expressing my personal tastes. The website made it very easy to customize my business cards. They were delivered within a few days. They were perfect. So far, everyone who has seen them has expressed admiration for the way they look. They turned out even better than I had hoped for when I started searching for business cards!
The products don't seem to be much different Than other similar sites. But when I had s problem with my invitation I received (quite possibly due to my error when designing) customer service went above and beyond to correct it... they immediately issued me a credit, fixed my problem in the design themselves so that I could use the credit to immediately reorder, then expedited printing and shipping so that i would receive in the next day or 2. I was thrilled!
We love our throw pillow we ordered. My only complaint was the shipping cost of $10.79. So many places offer free shipping now that it seems like a lot. But we are very happy with the product and the quick turnaround.
My g. I. specialist has long been my physician. We are having a small birthday party at his office soon. To have found such a special birthday card for a "gastroenterologist" (front of card) & be able to personalize it with his name inside was unique & I have no doubt that he will like it. Thank you to zazzle for helping to give him a nice birthday from his staff & me as his patient! (Also, fair price & timely shipping).
The package arrived early. But the board was damaged. I don't think it was packed properly. I didn't have time to send it back and have it replaced with a new one. I need to use it by adding extra decoration. It's sad because the design was actually elegant.

Love that Zazzle offers customized Disney products! These were perfect for our family reunion! Zazzle offers a variety of t-shirt styles, colors, and sizes. Regular t-shirts fit true to size and are a comfy fabric. The printing was high quality. There was a mix up with one t-shirt size I received. Zazzle employees were very helpful and sent me a new t-shirt with the correct size. However, the new t-shirt printing was smaller than the other shirts' printing. I emailed again and the employees happily sent me another new shirt. Although there was some hassle with receiving the correct t-shirt sizes/printing size, the employees were very helpful and responded quickly. Will definitely be using this company again!
Spent about an hour customizing a couple of notebooks for my business and some invitations for my son's birthday party. I was using their 20% off code for new customers, and my order came to just over $75. This was already expensive but I figured time is money and I spent a while customizing, so I went to purchase... until I saw that regular shipping (two weeks to receive my order) was $23.68. Really?!? Of course, they then tell you that you can sign up for "Zazzle Black" and get shipping for free if you pay $9.99 a year. Like I need a subscription to a printing place. Gimmicks and a waste of time. Got the invitations at a competitors site for 40% less and free shipping in 2-4 business days. Will not return to Zazzle.

Spent a few hours designing invitations and thank you cards based on the big banner across the top proclaiming "15% of entire site". By the way you can't click on details to find out the details. After the website stated I successfully applied my discount it proceeded to give me no discount. It tells you it was applied but doesn't give it! Apparently after searching the whole site there a a bunch of lame excuses why they don't give the discount. I refuse to buy the stuff now because I feel it was a deceitful practice to bait me with 15% off then day it doesn't apply to what I am ordering. Without the discount I won't order. I tried for over an hour to get through to customer support and got that same message about increased calls. More baloney! Glad I didn't order now based on the reviews I've been reading

Tried zazzle for a gift I was getting for my mom for Christmas. I ordered a brown and white giraffe print wallet. I received a wallet with a $#*!ing cat on it. Tried calling, but apparently they are $#*!ing up so many orders that everyone is calling in and "they have reached caller capacity". You can't even get through. I just want a refund at this point. I do not recommend using this site for anything. $#*!ing cat.

The cards are great but I had to spend several minutes sorting the 2 boxes because both names were in both boxes. Maybe take an extra minute to make sure they are sorted.
I ordered prostate cancer address labels, as my husband is a cancer survivor. I have ordered numerous times from Zazzle in the past always with great results. Till this order. When I received them the print was so small you couldn't read it. I called customer service and they were less than helpful. All I wanted was the correct order to be sent. I was told you can't do that so she sent me a refund. I paid $28.64 as I wanted fast shipping and I was refunded only $13.46 and told to reorder if I wanted to. I will never order from this company again. So much for loyalty.

Getting married in a few months, terrible problems with getting the invitation envelopes. I feel like i'm royally screwed over here. A WEEK AND A HALF ago, they promised they were sending them express priority mail and i'm still sitting here with no envelopes. The invitations themselves looked great but that's just not enough when you have to be strung along. We've sent multiple emails and never get a reply. Customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of too. They might just hang up on you if you ever get a hold of them and dare to ask a question about where your order while being POLITE. I'm not cursing at these people but almost to that point

On a whim, I punched in a favorite film phrase into my search engine, and, lo & behold, it came up on Zazzle, emblazoned on a tee-shirt in just the right typeface. Although the shipping duration said it would take a week, it was in my hands in three days (probably due to my relative proximity to the source.)
I ordered it as a gift for a friend who normally wears a small tee, but unfortunately, small, in this case, was a hair too small, so I reached out to customer support.

I was able to personalize cards for several people with milestone birthdays. I can't wait until they see them. They'll think I paid a lot of money for them, but I didn't. Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
