Very easy to design! Thrilled with my tags. I used "wedding tags" but turned them into into instructions on how to plant paper whites - my daughter's Christmas gift to her teachers this year. Love that I could order 10 - I didn't need a million. Tied them to decorative linen bags with the bulbs inside with the red twine that came with my order. Very festive and easy!

I gave them images. That put them on the shirt simple, as that? I wish I'd thought a little more before. I sent them, but that's not their fault. It's mine the next time it will be a little better.
The cards I ordered came with envelopes but are so small I can not mail them. I should have been suspicious of the budget item. They are completely useless to me.
I did a poster for my mom's Celebration of Life with my mom, us kids, my mom and dad and the family. The the pictures were put together in a heart shape. It turned out so beautifully
I couldn't believe I found birthday plates with a catfish on them! My grandson will be thrilled. They were exactly as pictured and were delivered quickly. Love them!
I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The hardest part of the whole thing was choosing what custom product to order! There are so many options I can't imagine anyone not being able to find something perfect.
It was difficult to determine how high up the text was positioned and mine came out bad. A better product preview is preferred,

Zazzle had great selection and I was able to order beautiful Save the Dates w/ pictures. Delivery timing was Excellent. I mailed them out for delivery before Christmas. All my family has received them. All in a 2 week period. Thank you Zazzle.
Had to make photo board for Senior graduate activity and I'm not artsy. Uploaded photos from my phone and had it done in 15 min. And it looks better than those that others spent days on!
The product was fine; the delivery not as much. I paid extra for faster shipping to arrive by 1/9. Invitations did not arrive until late 1/10. May not be Zazzle's fault but disappointing
I found it he'd to choose a design. But worse, I left off a number in my zip code, so the labels are going in the trash. I wish the maker had quality control! They would have seen that my zip code (all US zip codes!) have 5 digits, not 4.
The design template and instructions were easy to follow and the preview of the finished product was very helpful. My invitations arrived quickly and look exactly like I wanted them to look.

The invitations came out amazing. The paper was thick and has a really nice texture, the print color was consistent and even throughout all invites and they look beautiful.

I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the product arrived after the promised date. I needed the business cards by a set date, and because they arrived late I was unable to have them for my event.
My husband and I just had our Christmas photos taken and since we used Zazzle for our wedding invites 5 years ago, I figured to come back and see what Christmas card options there were.
We loved how they turned out and got them within a week!

I ordered a specific card because of the cover art. When the cards arrived the cover art was out of focus as if the copier that was used was not set up correctly. Very disappointed with the product. I am trying to get a refund on my purchase but so far no response from the company.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
