The site is very easy to use and designing the t-shirts was fun. The turn around time was very fast and I was very pleased with the final product as well as with the price.
I had difficulty deciphering where the complete card could be viewed. Maybe adding a message that says, this is where you can see your card, would be helpful. I had to cancel and reorder. But once I figured it out, I was happy. They came out beautiful!
The font is so small on the labels that they are practically useless. Why would anyone think that is okay? I need a magnifying glass to read them. Terrible!
I purchased this some years ago and absolutely loved it. I purchased this one to have an extra. The older one is still in very good shape. These are very good quality travel cups, the picture doesn't fade on chip. No metal taste to beverages, easy to clean. A great, high quality travel cup at an affordable price.
Beautiful cards...love the option to make my image larger to include full photo which was extra tall.

I saw these funny, political coffee cups and wanted to give one to a friend. I didn't realize it at the time but i ordered 3 cups instead in of one. Otherwise, they arrived promptly and it was easy to order.

I was very excited for the great sale for Christmas cards. I liked the simple design and the easiness of editing. They were delivered a few days earlier than estimated, fabulous! However, the color of the print is a much darker shade of green, basically looks black in artificial light, then how it looked online. Also, the pictures aren't clear. At a distance they look great but in reality when are not in focus like they should be. They also looked perfect online. I'm not sure if it was the card stock used or the printer. The pictures I used are all professional and I only cropped a little bit on two of the four photos to make them equal size.
It being this close to Christmas, I don't have time to return and order new. They will still absolutely do the trick and be enjoyed by friends and family. Just wish the green was greener and the photos were clearer.

Zazzle may be too customizable when it comes to creating business cards. The options are endless, and I may have gone back many times to tweak. My business cards are beautiful.
Zazzle was amazing! Easy to use website to make amazing designs come to life with an also being able to make them unique for our event. Shipping was fast! Almost with amazing print quality!
The experience was different and the customer support did not respond as to what would be done to correct the issue and how my next order would be compensated.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
