Do NOT use this company if you do not have months and months to spare prior to needing your products! I am a bride to be and I started the process of getting invitations, RSVP cards, belly bands, envelopes, and labels in February. Due to damages, Poor quality of blurry fuzzy writing and pixelated images, 1/2 my belly bands came misprinted and it takes FOREVER to receive a replacement order. More than half my envelopes arrived damaged, took forever to receive the replacements and when they arrived they had sent the wrong size so it's now 4
Months later and I still have been unable
To send out my invitations! Multiple attempts were made and different orders placed for labels that were legible! My invitations originally came on the wrong paper type and had to be reprinted… my RSVP cards are the exact same size as the envelopes and it has been a nightmare for me and my guests to gracefully force them into their envelopes. I have been such a chill bride up to this point and I get the run around with their different customer service reps! I had one quality one that empathized with me, so THANK YOU TOM! Otherwise this has been an absolute clustered unbelievable nightmare! So many of these poor quality and misprinted items should have been seen and addressed prior to shipping to me. Instead I waited and then had to order replacements and they are taking FOREVER! I'm overwhelmed and disgusted at this point! They also do not refund only offer store credit so I have been stuck using them for this entire process and I thoroughly REGRET it!

Delivery time was impeccable and the graduation invites were beyond what i expected!
I printed three 5x7 pieces with instructions to sign our guest book, make a date night idea, and take a favor. While I liked the design and the price point, I was a little disappointed with the print quality (blurry and a little pixelated).

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
