I was a but cautious since this was my first time using Zazzle but I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Their design platform was easy to use and their service was impeccable. They were quick to deliver and I received my product in record time.
I wouldn't even give Zazzle a 1 star but zero stars wasn't available. When I printed the invites for my baby shower they had no issue printing them even though it was a purchased template. When I went to print the thank you cards for the baby shower they cancelled my order with a horrible excuse. They printed my baby shower invites which were also Pooh and not offered by them but when I went to print my purchased template of Pooh for the thank you card they denied it. They had already taken the money from my bank account and are not willing to accommodate me in any way to make things right. I wouldn't recommend Zazzle to my worst enemy. Avoid using at all costs because this company is a complete disappointment.
There was an error in the computer system... I edited the sample text out of my invites and when they arrived the sample text was lodged in the middle of one of my sections.

However, I got the invites sooner than expected.
The invitations look great and have been sent to our guests.
Easy design template made it easy to create the invitations. Just remember to spellcheck EVERYTHING! We missed a spelling error in our copy and the invitations were printed with the mistake. Fortunately, we creatively covered the mistake so it worked out.
Zazzle was so easy to use and the Invites are so adorable. Delivery was really quick too.

Good editing tools to personalize a card. Card cost was very reasonable. Shipping was really expensive. The best deal is to buy an annual membership for $9.95 for unlimited standard shipping.
Product received quickly, but folded crookedly. Think I can fix this by trimmig the edge, but just surprising.
The invitations are great quality paper and the colors of the invitations are bright, not full or cloudy looking! I would definitely order from Zazzle again!

Since card stores seem to be disappearing, I could not find a card for a Priest's Anniversary even in stores and supermarkets that carry some cards. I was happy to find a nice card on-line.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
