Purchased the new Chicken Philly on two separate occasions. First time lacked ingredients hardly no onions peppers sauce or cheese. Second had ONE green pepper no red peppers onions sauce or cheese. Before leaving the store or drive thru I suggest looking at your sandwich before leaving. Definitely didn't look anything like their pictures, what a let down.

Worst ZAXBY'S I have ever been to and I hope I don't get salmonella poisoning from eating half done chicken

I really like Zaxbys and was looking forward to the new Philly Chicken sandwich.
I asked for grilled with extra onions and got fried with no onions.
I also thought that the sandwich was small and not as much Chicken as a regular sandwich there.
I won't order another one!

The more I look at the salad the worst it gets the edge is not even cut up the cucumbers are huge and the tomatoes taste like they're old I will never buy another salad from Zaxby's they are dead to me. Get a real salad come on now

SO DISGUSTING NEVER COMING BACK. It's so bad it makes my stomach hurt. The fries taste like straight up air.

Stopped by shortly after 5 for a #1 - only car around- yet asked to pull forward but since there weren't any other cars, nicely said I'd prefer to stay at the window but I'd move if any other car were to come. We started with one female, then came another, then a male who is I'd assume a sorry excuse of a "manager" opened the window threw the bag & slammed the window back. $#*!es.

This new Zaxby Club is terrible! The chicken is salty and hard I just waisted almost $12 on lunch and I'm still hungry

I received a $25 gift card to zaxby. A place that I usually don't eat at because the prices are overrated. So with my $25 gift card I ordered a 10-piece bone wing, cheese balls and a funnel cake that wants it cools off you could turn it into a soul for the bottom of your shoe. This junk food cost me $25 the taxes on the food that I ordered was well above the 10 cents on a dollar. The people were wrapped around the building in the Drive-Thru you could see generation X really loves this food maybe I ordered the wrong thing because I felt robbed robbed of my 25.00. So for experimental reasons I'm going to go back to Zaxby's and try the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders and see if I think this is what the fuss is all about because I was not impressed and this is probably why I have never been interested in eating at Zaxby's

The local restaurants are amazing. Good food, so-so prices, great people. But their website is absolutely hands down the single worst I have ever seen in my life, when it comes to design and functionality.

It took almost three hours and two calls to their corporate office to place one order. I'm not even exaggerating. Let's go over their deficiencies.

Go to their site and try to use "Forgot Password" to recover an account, using an email address that can't even exist. Try a top level domain that's impossible. See that? It shows that there's a phone number associated with it, but we know that can't be since we just made up an impossible email address.

Now imagine you have more than one personal email address and need to recover your account, without remembering which you've used. This can happen easily, say, if a couple has one account between them since they don't eat dinner separately. Then guess wrong and it'll look like your account has been taken over and personal information compromised.

Despite this glaring and obvious flaw in design, they call it a "security feature" and act like they don't understand when you call support. Let's simplify for them. Don't present the user with fraudulent information when their information security is of interest. Duh.

Let's talk about "Zaxby's Rewards". During checkout if a deal/coupon applies, the site tells you. And then it just might state that your order isn't eligible for the very discount the same site itself said you should use. What do they do in this instance? They ping your bank to make it look like they charged you but don't place the order. Again they show the user fraudulent information.

Noticing a trend? Zaxby's web designers don't seem to have any concept of integrity of information where the consumer is concerned, build functionality that breaks itself, and are too loose with customers' payment information.

As if that's not bad enough, their support pretends to be totally clueless.

I know that you all know what good fries look like. My food was horrible and I won't never eat there again. Fries soggy and dark and greasy and cold. If I wasn't a good citizen, I would go there and shove some nice, crispy, hot fries up your behind. This is the last time I eat anything from ZAXBY'S.

I went to Zaxby's across from McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, GA. When I opened the container, it looked like someone bit into one of my boneless wings and threw it back in the container.
The other boneless wings looked dried up. I had a long day at work and just stopped by to pick up something quick to eat. After opening my box I couldn't eat that. Who does that? Whoever put the food in the package knew it didn't look right. Whether they bit into it or the food was ripped that is not the presentation that anyone would like. I'm so tired from working all day that I don't feel like driving all the way back to the restaurant to complain. This is unacceptable and every year Zaxby's is getting worse. In College Park, GA they have a young lady standing outside taking orders with extremely long eyelashes that could possibly fall off of her eyes and into food or drinks. She could barely read the screen because of how long the eyelashes were. That is not sanitary. What is wrong with Management? Do something because your restaurant ratings continue to go down because you are not putting pride into training your employees and following safety and sanitary protocols.

The manager is a $#*! and she kicked me off the establishment just bc l didn't buy any food l was not causing any harm to anyone and zaxbys was my favorite place to eat not anymore bc that gracie $#*! can suck a $#*! bc l hate $#*!es.

Online order. Wings & Things traditional with honey mustard and ranch dressing. Didn't receive ranch dressing or toast. Drink machines that offer about 25 different types of soda had none available except coke. I ordered large and received regular size fries. It seems like someone would verify order before bagging it up.

Although the cost of meals have increased, service has declined. Never clean tables, always have to clean up the table before we can eat in. The Xaxby Big Snack go large. Chicken tenders extremely smaller and can't eat the fries due to the salt on fries is Ridiculous!

I don't usually write reviews but I am disappointed. I ordered a fried cobb salad, so excited about it! Ordered 1 ranch, 1 spicy ranch (I dont know if I like the spicy yet) and received 2 spicy ranch. Hardly any bacon, 1 half slice of bacon not even chopped. Med Dr Pepper and received what I think is Diet Coke/Pepsi (YUCK IMO)! Overall not what I was expecting. Service was great, on the other hand. Very friendly staff.

Dillon SC Zaxby's is the Worst Zaxby's ever built. The Assistant managers are very unhelpful and lazy. All they do is sit in the cars and be on their phone fixing people food with gloves on NASTY... How can u work with nails on 3 inch. I will never stop at this store again.

Went to the Shelbyville, KY Zaxby's on Freedom
Way and couldn't believe how filthy the dining room was. Every table was dirty and the floor unswept. Used the restrooms and both were disgusting. I get that the restaurant may be busy, but please provide clean sitting area for your patrons. And shouldn't the restrooms be maintained? The dining room was not busy so I can only imagine how long they let the restrooms go.
As far as food, it was good as always. But we didn't get what we paid for. We ordered a 6 piece tender meal and got 5 pieces instead. Not worth complaining with so few actual employees. And we had a difficult time placing our order in the first place with the employee they had.
