Zaxby's

I went to zaxby's in college park Georgia 2530 flat Shoals Rd and asked for the veterans special meal the employee at the service counter approach me with a very very nasty attitude and told me to go online to claim my food and quickly turn away. I tried to ask another question she stomped towards me as if I'm really bothering her. I just asked for the veterans day special I didn't asked to get my bubble crushed. Why do this always happen to me in the black community WHY!

O ordered the Loaded Fries from the South Sterling St. In Morganton, NC. Highly disappointed! As you can see below, the fries did not have the chicken, the bacon, or the ranch dressing on them. The fries had very little cheese on them. I paid $5.99 for an order of fries that should have cost no more than $3.00. Times are hard right now. When you receive an order like this, it is not hard to make the decision to not order again from this location.

Dillon SC Zaxby's is the Worst Zaxby's ever built. The Assistant managers are very unhelpful and lazy. All they do is sit in the cars and be on their phone fixing people food with gloves on NASTY... How can u work with nails on 3 inch. I will never stop at this store again.

My husband said it was the worst meal from Zaxby's that he has ever ordered. We waited in line for 35 minutes. I ordered a salad because I am on a restricted diet. There was NO salad period. None! The chicken fingers looked like they had been cut in half to stretch it. The chicken tasted like fish batter according to my husband, and his 11 dollar meal was mostly fries. My meal was water only. I think in the future, we will just skip it. What a disappointment!

If you want to get as much of experience as you can and make money, I don't recommend working there. There's a good chance you will be working one day a week for maybe 3-4 hours. They barely gave me breaks and they got mad at me when I messed up even though they knew I don't have any hours. Their pay sucks and they expect you to know things outside of your job position like for example if you're cashier they expect you to know how to wash dishes. When you ask for more hours it's a good possibility that they won't give it to you saying they have a lot of people working on the days you requested.

Today was my first time at Zaxby's. The chicken fingers were hot but not crispy. The fries were under cooked and soggy. The chicken was also salty. The coleslaw was good as was the bread. No unsweetened tea only sweet. Will not return 8810 Wesleyan Rd. Indianapolis.

My experience with Zaxby's in the past I have always received "fast friendly service" 5 stars. Unfortunately since the pandemic 0 stars "waste of time & money"! I'm not sure if the employees/staff are over worked & under paid but the service you receive is horrible & very disappointing. It's almost like going to a playground or park & "teenagers" running wild misbehaving, vandalizing, destroying with no supervision. My last experience with Zaxbys was the worst & I will not eat or spend money with that location ever again. I spoke with the manager & also emailed corporate office. Good luck & Good bye!

Finally tried Zaxby's for the first time yesterday. Chicken fingers my wife ordered were tasty, however, my loaded fries w/ranch, bacon, & cheeses was stone cold; along w/the rest of my wife's meal (fries & tx toast). Restaurant was extremely cold inside which may've contributed to food not being hot enough to enjoy. Tea was great & most of the staff were friendly. Don't know if we will go back anytime soon however. $20.00+ for meal wasn't worth having to eat cold & didn't agree w/my stomach next day.

Never buy anything again from this restaurant first of all they start taking the carrot out of The winds & thing plate then take the celery out also now they raise the price on the menu without tell anybody's not worth buying anything from this place people they work on their restaurant are kids. They have no people skills I will never buy anything from these stupid restaurants never ever and ever

If you order online and then stand and wait while walk up orders are taken and filled and drive through orders are filled, something is deadly wrong with your system. Workers stare at me blankly when I tell them I placed and order and here is my order number. Zaxbys needs to ask Chick Fila how to do it. It can't be that difficult. This has happened to me at two different locations so it's not just one instance.

I absolutely love Zaxby's i was so dissipated I live over a hour away from this location.
I ordered a blue salad which had NO blue cheese crumbles NO tomatoes and the lettuce was brown. Called the manager she told me to bring the salad and receipt back after I advised her I lived more than a hour away and was on the highway by the time I opened my food. Im very big on customer service a simple apology would've been ok. I think that was my lat meal at za

I am not sure how to directly leave a review with the specific location but this location has horrible service and horrible ways of handling at work issues appropriately while I was waiting at the window after waiting in line already for over 10 min the drive thru worker was yelling at who I'm guessing was the person in the back making my salad not only just yelling but yelling over my salad loud enough to wear I could hear. I work for fast food so I understand to a degree but it then continued when she handed me my good she was extremely rude shoving me my food. My salad taste soggy and the cucumbers are also soggy and nasty tasting all and all horrible experience

16 dollars for a bone in 10 piece with tiny $#*! wings that won't even fill you up, that's without any fries or anything. Simply wings and ranch. Plus the single ranch isn't even enough to eat all 10 with and they charge you for extra ranch? Absolutely terrible

My other half and I went by and got the wings and things combo. I wanted my wimpy wing sauce on the side and he wanted them wimpy, but served regular. I worked at zaxbys years ago, so I know how it works. We waited 20 minutes, the wings were both coated and in the wrong sauce, I wanted an extra zax sauce instead of ranch, and the fries were cold. I emailed BC I go there like once a week and had never experienced that, very rude customer service. Andres, the store manager got back to me and said to come have dinner or lunch on them and I'd get hooked up with coupons. Great, right? No. My work moved me to Have, so I told him I can't visit his specific restaurant, but I'll take the coupons BC there's one down the street. He said they were mailed on a Thursday two weeks ago. Normally, I love zaxbys to death, but this left a bad taste in my mouth that makes me eat elsewhere. Very disappointed.

We ordered the 30-piece boneless chicken wings family pack with no salt on the fries. The fries we're salty and cold, wings were rubbery and tasteless, there was no Zaxby's sauce. My daughter ordered the garden salad with grilled chicken it was fresh and good. The salad saved the rating from a 1 and raise it to a 2. Reason why too much money to spend at a place where the employees don't care how the food is served to the patrons. I want go back to the Woodruff South Carolina store

Although the cost of meals have increased, service has declined. Never clean tables, always have to clean up the table before we can eat in. The Xaxby Big Snack go large. Chicken tenders extremely smaller and can't eat the fries due to the salt on fries is Ridiculous!
